The Clinical Observation Of Floating Needle Combined With Chinese Medicine To Treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation Type)

Purpose: By comparing with the floating needle treatment alone or Chinese medicine collapse treatment,the clinical effect of floating needle combined with Chinese medicine collapse treatment on lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and gas stagnation type)was observed.Material and method: A total of 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis and qi stagnation who meet the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups(floating needle combined with Chinese medicine collapsed group,floating needle group,Chinese medicine collapsed group),32 cases in each group.Observe and record the lower back pain score and visual analogue scale(VAS)of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)before and after treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment to quantify the disease remission and evaluate Clinical efficacy.After the completion,the recorded data will be sorted and statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: 1.After treatment,the JOA scores of the three groups were significantly improved than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Among them,the floating needle combined with Chinese medicine collapsed group had the best effect,and the difference was significant compared with the other two groups,with statistical significance(P <0.05).The treatment effect of the floating needle group was slightly better than that of the Chinese medicine collapsed group.2.After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The floating needle group and the floating needle combined with the Chinese medicine collapse stain group had a good effect on pain relief,and there was no significant difference in efficacy(P> 0.05).Compared with the other two groups,the analgesic effect of the Chinese medicine collapse group was slightly worse.3.After one month of treatment,the VAS and JOA scores of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The effect of the floating needle combined with the Chinese medicine collapsed group was not only stable and better than the other two groups,but the effect of the floating needle group was better than that of the Chinese medicine collapsed group 1 month after the treatment.Conclusion: The three methods of floating needle combined with Chinese medicine collapse stain,floating needle and Chinese medicine collapse stain have a good effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,all of which can reduce the pain and improve the clinical symptoms.However,floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine slump treatment is more effective and stable.
