Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM compound on patients with heart failure after PCI(Qi and Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis)of coronary heart disease, and preliminarily explore the efficacy and safety of TCM compound,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of heart failure after PCI of coronary heart disease by TCM compound.Materials and methods:A total of 72 patients who visited the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were collected as the study subjects.Western medicine diagnosed the heart failure function after PCI and TCM syndrome differentiation(grade ? and ?)as Qi and Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome. All the collected patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group using the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine. After continuous intervention for 4 weeks, the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal compound was evaluated by observing individual symptoms and syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grading,Minnesota Quality of Life Scale score,6-minute walking test, expression change of NT-probNP,and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF).Results:1.After treatment, the score of single symptom of TCM in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, palpitation, chest tightness, fatigue, sweating, thirst, facial lip color and ankle edema were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),and upset, shortness of breath and insomnia were significantly improved(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndromes of the two groups was improved. The total effective rate was 91.17%in the treatment group and 61.76%in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group, and the comparison between groups(P<0.01).4.After treatment, the overall effective rate of NYHA grading in the treatment group was 88.23%,and that of NYHA grading in the control group was 55.88%,which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment, the Minnesota scale score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).The Minnesota scale score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.After treatment, the 6-minute walking distance of both groups was increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the 6-minute walking distance of the treatment group was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).7.After treatment, the levels of NT-proBNP in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the expression level of NT-proBNP in the treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).8.After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)of both groups was increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)of the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Gonclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine and conventional western medicine alone are effective in treating patients with heart failure after PCI of coronary heart disease(Qi and Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis).2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure after PCI(Qi and Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis)is superior to conventional western medicine alone.3.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine can significantly improve heart failure after PCI of coronary heart disease(Qi-Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis). The patient's clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life, increase exercise tolerance, improve left ventricular ejection fraction, improve the heartFunction.4.Traditional Chinese medicine compound has good safety and no obvious toxic and side effects, which is worthy of in-depth clinical study and application.
