Objective To discuss the feasibility that serum NT-pro-BNP and matrix metalloproteinase2,9concentration changes to curative effect evaluation preoperative and postoperative cardiacresynchronization therapy.Methods23CRT patients and23controls were selected, the third and sixth months ofpreoperative and postoperative, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricularejection fraction were measured by echocardiography. serum NT-pro-BNP,MMP-2and9detected with ELISA,and make Statistical comparison. Results The third and sixth months After CRT,serum NT-pro-BNP, MMP2and9weresignificantly lower than preoperative and control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Cardiac resynchronization therapy as treatment of congestive heart failure, cansignificantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function, serum NT-pro-BNP, MMP2and MMP9can serve as indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of CRT...
