Purpose:Based on the mesh meta-analysis method, the efficacy of acupuncture-related therapies for chronic non-specific low back pain was systematically analyzed, and the best treatment method for chronic non-specific low-back pain was found out.Materials and methods:A computerized search of Cnki,Wanfang Database,Weipu Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Embase published acupuncture treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain.References to the literature supplement the acquisition literature.According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, two researchers independently conducted literature screening and data extraction, and conducted bias risk assessment on the selected literature.Outcome indicators focused on effectiveness,VAS scores, safety, and adverse reactions.Use Stata software to analyze the data of the selected literature, and the corresponding results are expressed in the form of odds ratio, weighted mean difference and its 95% confidence interval, and draw a network relationship diagram, inconsistency test diagram, and area probability ranking under the curve Chart, funnel chart, etc.,to get the order of the efficacy of acupuncture therapy for chronic non-specific low back pain, and then get the best intervention measures.Result:A total of 30 articles were included in this study, one in English and 29 in Chinese, involving a total of 2819 patients, including 13 treatments. All documents reported the effectiveness of treatment, and 22 documents reported VAS scores..Effective Meta analysis results show: warm acupuncture VS acupuncture, acupuncture + moxibustion VS acupuncture, moxibustion VS western medicine, moxibustion VS acupuncture, electroacupuncture +moxibustion VS electroacupuncture, electroacupuncture VS acupuncture, electroacupuncture Acupuncture VS Western medicine, electroacupuncture + warm needle VS Western medicine, silver needle VS acupuncture, silver needle VS needle knife,a total of 10 groups werestatistically significant. The results of the meta-analysis of the VAS score show that: warm acupuncture VS acupuncture, acupuncture + moxibustion VS acupuncture, moxibustion VS western medicine, electroacupuncture + moxibustion VS electroacupuncture, moxibustion VS acupuncture, acupuncture VS acupuncture, acupuncture Acupuncture + Fire Needle VS Acupuncture,Electric Acupuncture + Warm Acupuncture VS Electric Acupuncture,Acupuncture + Electric Acupuncture VS Acupuncture,Electric Acupuncture + Moxibustion VS Moxibustion,Moxibustion VS Electric Acupuncture,Acupuncture + Fire Acupuncture VS Acupuncture There were statistically significant differences among 16 groups of VS western medicine, silver needles VS acupuncture, bloodletting + cupping VS acupuncture, bloodletting + cupping VS western medicine. The results of the mesh meta-analysis show that the overall effect of combined therapy is better than that of single acupuncture. All acupuncture methods are better than western medicine. The specific order is electroacupuncture + moxibustion, silver acupuncture, electroacupuncture + warm acupuncture,Warm needle, acupuncture + moxibustion, moxibustion, bloodletting + cupping, electric acupuncture, needle knife, fire needle, acupuncture + fire needle, acupuncture, western medicine. The most effective treatment is electroacupuncture + moxibustion.A total of 6 articles in the included literature reported the safety and adverse reactions during treatment. There were 3 articles in which the number of adverse reactions was 0,and 3articles reported that patients had mild adverse reactions.has been solved.A total of two documents in all included literatures studied the treatment methods of electro-acupuncture +moxibustion.Researches on the two literatures found that treatment 3 times a week and the selection of points mainly on the veins and bladder meridian are more effective treatments.Conclusion:1.Through mesh meta-analysis,it was found that acupuncture combined therapy for chronic non-specific low back pain is better than single acupuncture, and all acupuncture treatments are better than western medicine;2.Mesh analysis revealed that the most effective acupuncture treatment for chronic non-specific low back pain is electroacupuncture + moxibustion;3.Descriptive analysis found that acupuncture therapy has high safety and fewer adverse reactions in treating chronic non-specific low back pain;4.Electroacupuncture plus moxibustion therapy is recommended for chronic non-specific low back pain. The treatment frequency is 3 times a week..
