| With the continuous development of China’s economy,great changes have taken place in people’s quality of life,and more and more attention has been paid to health problems,while the problem of unreasonable drug use seriously threatens the health and safety of the majority of patients.According to the survey,the clinical unreasonable drug use in Chinese hospitals accounts for about 12%-32%[1].Every year,about 2.5 million patients are admitted for treatment due to the unreasonable use of drugs,among which about 200,000 die[2],causing serious economic losses to the country and patients.The job responsibility of clinical pharmacists is to ensure the rational,safe,effective and economical use of clinical drugs.Therefore,the role of clinical pharmacists directly affects the life,health and property safety of patients.In recent years,pharmaceutical care,whose main goal is to promote rational drug use,has attracted more and more attention due to its significant clinical outcomes and economic benefits[3-5].Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problems existing in the management of clinical pharmacists and explore countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problems.Purpose: This article takes S hospital management status quo of clinical pharmacists as the research object,the formulation of hospital clinical pharmacists in the relevant system and corresponding files regulations of the state,on the basis of detailed analysis of clinical pharmacists by adopting interviews,to pharmaceutical research workers and patients in the form of questionnaire to investigate the clinical pharmacists work and management status,comprehensive and objective understanding of the hospital management status quo of clinical pharmacists,analyzing the problems existing in the management of clinical pharmacists and the insufficiency,targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,in the management of the hospital clinical pharmacists work and management work of clinical pharmacists in China to provide reference and reference.Method: through literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method,S hospital management status quo of clinical pharmacists as the research object,the hospital clinical pharmacists face-to-face or telephone interviews,for other pharmaceutical workers cqi and hospital patients,the questionnaire survey to collect data,the results of statistical analysis.Results: through investigation and analysis,it was found that the management of clinical pharmacists in S hospital was mainly :(1)the number of clinical pharmacists was insufficient;(2)the entry threshold for clinical pharmacists is relatively low;(3)imperfect work system and standard setting;(4)the setting of performance appraisal program needs to be improved;(5)lack of standardized and systematic continuing education or training;(6)the hospital did not fully publicize the position of clinical pharmacist and its value in six aspects.Conclusion: in view of the existing problems in the management of clinical pharmacists in S hospital,(1)expanding the team of clinical pharmacists;(2)raise the entry threshold of clinical pharmacists’ practicing ability;(3)to improve the responsibilities,systems and norms of clinical pharmacists;(4)build a reasonable performance appraisal program;(5)establish a scientific continuing education and training system for clinical pharmacists;(6)strengthen the publicity of clinical pharmacists and their post value and other countermeasures and Suggestions. |
