Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Eye Acupuncture Therapy On Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis,and to provide basis for the theoretical research and clinical application of eye acupuncture therapy.Material and method: Selected 60 cases of post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis from inpatients in the Brain K1 department rehabilitation center,Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,hospitalization from November 2018 to November 2019,and using random number table method to divide into Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group(experiment group)and Pure rehabilitation training group(control group),There are 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple rehabilitation training,while the experiment group was treated with Eye acupuncture and rehabilitation training,which Eye acupuncture to treat once time a day,30 minutes each time,5 days a week for 2 weeks(2 weeks of treatment is one treatment cycle),keep continue one more treatment cycle.The two groups before and after treatment using Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),Modified Ashworht scale(MAS)and Activity of daily living(ADL)to assess the results of limb motor function treatment.Results: 1.After treatment used Fugl-Meyer motor function score to assessment two groups,which the experiment group was having 86.67% of total effective rate,and the control group was having 70% of total effective rate,and there was significance difference after treatment between two groups(P<0.01).2.After treatment used Modified Ashworht Scale to assessment two groups,which the experiment group was having 96.67% of total effective rate,and the control group was having 93.33% of total effective rate,and there was significance difference after treatment between two groups(P<0.05).3.After treatment used Activity of daily living score to assessment two groups,which the experiment group was having 90% of total effective rate,and the control group was having 70% of total effective rate,and there was significance difference after treatment between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of limb functional,that has outstanding to remedial SCA patients.2.Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has outstanding to improved SCA patients of Limb contracture.3.Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has outstanding to relieve muscle tension.4.Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can obviously improve SCA patients of the activities of daily living.
