Based On The Theory Of Synopsis To Evaluate The Efficacy Of Medicine Ai And Qing Ai In The Treatment Of Upper Limb Lymphedema After Breast Cancer Surgery

Objective: Based on the theory of circalunar rhythm,the efficacy of Yaoai and Qingai in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation was evaluated.Method: A randomized controlled trial of 72 patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer was randomly divided into 3 groups,24 in each group.The Yaoai group was treated with Yaoai mild moxibustion,the Qingai group was treated with Qing Ai mild moxibustion,and the air pump group was treated with a pneumatic pump,respectively,on the monthly lunar calendar,the fifth day,the first ten,the hope,the twenty,two Fifteen interventions,one course for one month,two courses of treatment,a total of 12 treatments.The limb circumference was measured and recorded before treatment,after the end of the third treatment,after the end of the sixth treatment,after the end of the ninth treatment,after the end of the 12 th treatment,and after the end of all the treatments.Swelling VAS score,patient quality of life measurement scale QLQ-C30 score,Piper fatigue scale score.All study data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Comparison of three groups of arm circumferences: In the group comparison,there were statistical significance(P<0.05)at 4 points of arm circumference before and after treatment in the Yaoai group and pneumatic pump group.The Qingai group had no statistical significance at 10 cm on the elbow transverse stripes(P>0.05),and was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment on the wrist transverse stripes,wrist transverse stripes 10 cm,and elbow transverse stripes.There was no significant difference in arm circumference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference of arm circumference before and after treatment on the wrist transverse stripes,wrist transverse stripes 10 cm and elbow transverse stripes was statistically significant(P<0.05).The elbow transverse line at the arm circumference of the Qing Ai group was significantly different from the pneumatic pump group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the 4-point arm mean group(P>0.05).(2)VAS score of patients with swelling feeling: In the group comparison,the VAS swelling scores of the three groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differencein the VAS swelling score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of patients' QLQ-C30 scores: Compared with the group,the role of the Yaoai,emotional function,social function,overall health score,fatigue,pain,insomnia and loss of appetite before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Emotional function,overall health,fatigue,pain,and insomnia scores of the Qingai group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups,the scores of role,social function,and fatigue were statistically significant(P<0.05)in social function,cognitive function,overall health,fatigue,pain,and The appetite and diarrhea scores were statistically different between the Qingai group and the pneumatic pump group(P<0.05).The appetite and diarrhea scores in the Qingai group were significantly different from those in the air pump group(P<0.05).(4)The fatigue of the three groups: In the 1 group,the total scores of fatigue before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the four aspects of behavioral dimension,emotional dimension,sensory dimension and cognitive dimension,the Yaoai group and Qingai group had statistical significance(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Research conclusions: Yaoai and Qingai can reduce the circumference of the limbs,improve the sense of swelling of the affected limbs,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the fatigue of patients from multiple dimensions.
