Study On The Digestive Ingredients Of Zhuling

Objective:In order to clarify the chemical components and pharmacological activities contained in Cynanchum inamoenum,the chemical components of the extraction parts of Cynanchum inamoenum petroleum ether and ethyl acetate were studied,and the pharmacological activities of extracts of different polar parts of Cynanchum inamoenum were screened.Methods:In this paper,the extraction,separation and purification of Cynanchum inamoenum were carried out by the methods of normal phase silica gel column,liquid phase,Sephadex LH-20 gel column and semi-prepared liquid phase.MTT method was used to study the antitumor activity of different polarity extracts of Cynanchum inamoenum.Result:(1)Three compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether of Cynanchum inamoenum,and three compounds were identified;Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate,and eleven compounds were identified,seven of the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.These compounds were identified as: methyl 5?-cholanate(1)?octadecadienoic acid(2)??-sitosterol(3)??-daucosterol(4)?cynatratoside A(5)?inamoside A(6)?Amplexicoside D(7)?Amplexicoside B(8)?inamoside D(9)?Cynaforroside K(10)?Atratcynoside C(11)?Atratcynoside F(12)?Isomotol(13)?3(?)-hydroxy-hexadeca-4(E),6(Z)-dienoic acid(14).(2)Using SGC7902 gastric cancer cells,ASPC1 pancreatic cancer cells and Hela cells as receptor cells,MTT method was used to study the anti-tumor activity of different polarity extracts(petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol)of Cynanchum inamoenum.The results showed that the extracts from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol of Cynanchum inamoenum could inhibit cell proliferation.It is the n-butanol extract that inhibits all three tumor cells,and the drug concentration is 25-800 ?g/m L in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion: A total of 14 compounds were identified,of which 7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.The n-butanol extract showed an inhibitory effect on all three tumor cells,and the drug concentration was 25-800 ?g / m L in a dose-dependent manner.
