Clinical Observation Of Nape Acupuncture Combined With Eye Movement In The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with eye movement in the treatment of cervical vertigo,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods: Forty-three patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,including 23 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with eye movement,and acupuncture selected Fengchi(GB20),C2-4 Jiaji,C1-2 transverse process,and eye movement during needle retention;The control group received simple acupuncture and acupuncture operation with the treatment group.The two groups were treated once a day,and one course of treatment was treated5 times for a total of two courses of treatment.The changes of ESCV scores before and after treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups,and the data of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:1.Comparison of ESCV scores: The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that both groups can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients;The difference in symptom scores was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group improved the clinical symptom score better than the control group.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was91.30% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with eye movement and conventionalacupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the acupuncture combined with eye movement is superior to simple acupuncture.2.the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with eye movement for cervical vertigo is better than simple acupuncture.
