Research On The Characteristics And Correlation Of TCM Syndromes Of PCOS During Childbearing Age Based On The Analysis Of Syndromes

ObjectiveBased on the theory system of syndrome differentiation,the cross-sectional survey method was adopted to collect the information of TCM diagnosis and objective indicators of western medicine of PCOS patients of clinical childbearing age.Combining with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the characteristics of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation.On the one hand,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in PCOS patients of childbearing age were explored to provide a basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.On the other hand,to explore the correlation between disease location,disease syndrome elements and objective indicators of western medicine,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation of PCOS in the child-bearing age,provide scientific basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment,guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,and realize individual intervention.MethodsThe cross-sectional survey method was adopted to screen the qualified cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the " differentiation of syndrome elements" edited by professor zhu wenfeng,the contents of the four-diagnosis investigation of traditional Chinese medicine were formulated.The contents specifically included 20 aspects and the PCOS information collection table was drawn.Generally,examination history,family history,menstrual history,height,weight,sex hormone levels,glucolipid metabolic index,B ultrasonic examination results,and the clinical symptoms in polycystic ovary syndrome information collection "as the carrier,to third affiliated hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine gynecology outpatient PCOS patients as the object,collect data into standard cases,using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyze data,comprehensive use of various kinds of statistical analysis method,thus the results of the analysis conclusion.ResultsFinally,114 effective cases were completed.Through statistical analysis,the following results were obtained:1.Characteristics of disease location and syndrome:the disease location mainly involves the cell palace,the liver,the spleen,the kidney,the mind,the abdomen,the surface,the heart,the stomach,the lung,the bile,the large intestine,the cell palace and the liver are the most common,followed by the stomach,the spleen,the kidney.2.Characteristics of disease syndromes:the disease mainly involves qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,blood stasis,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,dampness,cold,heat,blood cold,blood heat,etc.Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and blood stasis are the most common,followed by qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and blood deficiency.3.Characteristics of compound syndrome:the proportion of liver stagnation and qi stagnation is the largest,and the inclusion of deficiency and reality is more common.4 Relationship between sex hormone level and syndrome element:LH level was positively correlated with qi stagnation syndrome element,while E2 level was positively correlated with blood deficiency syndrome element(P<0.05).5.Relationship between lipid metabolism index and syndrome factor:LDL level was negatively correlated with blood stasis(P<0.05).6.Distribution of data of four diagnosis:patients with PCOS with high frequency of four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine were menstrual delay,menstrual cramps,dark red tongue,heavy pulse,thin white moss,illness and emotion.7.Results of cluster analysis:the four major syndromes of PCOS were identified,which were the syndrome of liver stagnation and Yin deficiency and the syndrome of dampness and heat in cell palace.Qi yu blood stasis,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome;Liver qi stagnation,cell palace Yang deficiency;Liver and kidney Yin deficiency,spleen Yang qi deficiency,cell palace cold and wet syndrome.ConclusionsThe pathogenesis of PCOS is complex,and the pathogenesis is closely related to the cytosol,liver,kidney and spleen.It is of great significance to treat PCOS from the cytosol,liver,kidney and spleen,PCOS is mostly the disease syndrome element with deficiency and solid inclusion,the solid syndrome element is mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the deficiency syndrome element is mainly Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and blood deficiency.In compound syndrome element,the proportion of liver depression and qi stagnation is the largest,which may be related to "the liver of women is innate".There was a certain correlation between syndrome elements and serum sex hormones and lipid metabolism indexes.LH level was positively correlated with qi stagnation syndrome element and E2 level with blood deficiency syndrome element,while LDL level was negatively correlated with blood stasis.Clinical treatment can be started from this individual intervention.
