An Investigation And Study Of Senior Clinical Doctors Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Their Cognition Of Original Thinking In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To investigate the cognitive status and application advantages of TCM original thinking of clinical senior TCM doctors through questionnaire,and to explore the related factors that affect the cognitive differences and application advantages of TCM original thinking of respondents,so as to provide data and development suggestions for the inheritance and cultivation of TCM original thinking from a more in-depth professional perspective.Methods:(1)Data processing:The age,gender,education background,professional title and other basic information of 126 clinical senior Chinese medicine doctors,the cognitive level of original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and the application advantage information were collected.According to the criteria of questionnaire acceptance and arrangement,the information score was transformed and the database was established.(2)Methods of statistical analysis:Descriptive statistics,calculation of the overall score mean;Nonparametric test,to explore the overall cognitive differences of the respondents to each part of the questionnaire.As well as taking different background factors as the grouping objects,to compare and analyze whether different factor groups have an impact on the overall cognitive differences;chi square test,also taking background factors as the grouping objects,further tests the specific topics to explore the causes of cognitive differences;Regression analysis,to clarify the relationship between each thinking dimension and each factor,and to find out the reasons for the formation of TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking under different backgrounds;Factor analysis,to find out the potential influencing factors among the six parts of the questionnaire,to classify and summarize the thinking and cognitive characteristics of clinical senior TCM.Results:(1)According to the standard deviation of the average score of the whole thinking level of the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical senior TCM doctors pay more attention to the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,such as "Image thinking","Shape and spirit thinking","Yin-yang and five elements thinking" and"Classification thinking".(2)The results of nonparametric tests of academic background,professional title,working years,work unit,major,work scope,background factors and scores of most internal questions in all levels of original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The results of nonparametric test and regression analysis show that doctors who are involved in at least one kind of teaching or scientific research except clinical work pay more attention to the whole level of "Image thinking","Metaphysical thinking" and "Yin-yang and five elements thinking" than doctors who are only involved in clinical work.(4)Clinical senior TCM doctors have a high degree of identification with the core concepts of "Image","Shape" and "Spirit" in the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine;the lowest degree of identification with the concept of"number" is only 46%.The higher the awareness of the core concepts in the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,the more obvious the advantages of doctors' thinking in diagnosis,treatment and medication at this level.(5)The results of multiple response analysis showed that there were two kinds of differentiation in the percentage of cases.More than 85%of doctors believed that "Solid theoretical knowledge","Reading TCM classics" and "Clinical practice awareness" were the important reasons for the formation of their thinking.The results of regression analysis show that the average score of six thinking dimensions is related to"Solid theoretical knowledge","Learning from teachers" and "Peer experience exchange".(6)According to the factor analysis of the six parts of the questionnaire,"Image thinking" is the most important branch of the potential influencing factors of the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and "Jumping thinking" is the embodiment of a kind of divergent thinking cognitive ability independent of other thinking.Conclusion:The higher the educational background,the higher the professional title,the shorter the working years,the higher the clinical senior TCM doctors who work in the general hospital,the professional background of traditional Chinese medicine and the wider the scope of work attach importance to the internal concepts of the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and the higher the degree of recognition,the more obvious the clinical application advantages of the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine."Solid theoretical knowledge","Reading TCM classics" and "Clinical practice awareness" are the subjective important reasons for the formation of clinical senior TCM doctors' Thinking on diagnosis and treatment of drugs;"Experience exchange with peers","Solid theoretical knowledge" and "Follow the teacher to inherit learning" help to improve the cognition of clinical senior TCM doctors on the concept of original thinking of TCM.
