The Clinical Therapeutic Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine With Tong Therapy For The Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:This study through the observation of the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with tong therapy in the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,to evaluate its effectiveness and safety objectively,and to provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods:Divided 60 patients with the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease are randomly separated into two group by 1:1,such as the treatment group and the control group,each group of 30 cases,who are from the Department of traditional Chinese medicine,gynecology clinic and inpatient department in the second hospital of Shanxi Medical University for its elimination and selection criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The treatment group was given the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Wenjing Huayu decoction combined with tong therapy,Wenjing Huayu by Guizhi 12 g,Evodia 10 g,lindera root 8g,triangular 6g,Curcuma 6g and other herbs,bedtime enema,made 1000 ml water soaking herbs for 1 hours,then decocted the herbal water to 500ml(each 150 ml,a dose of Chinese herbal medicine was used for 3 times),before enema,1 times / day;The Chinese herbs of tong therapy are composed by the Speranskia grass 12 g,loofah 12 g,Millettia 15 g,safflower 6g,Prunella 15 g,Poria 15 g,put it in the abdomen after the package them(made point application on Shenque,Qihai,Guan Yuanxue,Zhongji acupoint)for 30 min,1 times / day;15 days as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 3 courses,but it stopped the treatment at the menstrual period.The control group received Shaofu Zhuyu granule,3 times / day,and the course of treatment was the same as that of the treatment group.Before and after treatment,the total curative effect of this two group,TCM syndrome,single TCM syndrome,gynecological sonography(bag,effusion)and liver and kidney function have been recorded to evaluate its the efficacy and safety.Results:(1)the total efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group is 73.3%.the treatment group was better than the control group;(2)the total efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: the rank sum test,(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups can improve TCM syndromes,and the treatment group than the control group;(3)Comparison of individual TCM syndromes(P <0.05),the significant differences exist.(4)Gynecological sonograpy comparison: the effective rate in pelvic mass,the treatment group is 94.44%,the control group is 66.66%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);As for pelvic fluid,the treatment group is 92.59%,the control group is 78.57%,the difference is statistically significan(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group is better in the elimination of pelvic fluid and mass;(5)safety evaluation: the treatment process did not find liver and kidney damage,and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:The clinical study shows that Wenjing Huayu decoction;combined with the tong theraphy and Shaofu Zhuyu granules can effectively improve the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of TCM syndrome and pelvic mass,fluid situation,but the traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with therapeutic effect is more significant;the study also shows that multi-channel combination therapy is better than a single medication,and in the course of treatment did not appear liver and kidney dysfunction and adverse reactions.In short,this study proved that the method is safe and effective,bring the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine into full play and promote the clinical application with powerful curative effect index.
