Based On Data Mining, To Explore The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Used By Professor Zuo Minghuan To Treat Patients With Colorectal Cancer After Surgery

ObjectiveThis study collects the effective medical records of colorectal cancer patients treated by Professor Zuo Minghuan,collates the data,uses modern information technology and data mining technology to summarize the clinical experience and academic characteristics of Professor Zuo Minghuan.The research will provide experiences and ideas for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancerMethodsThis study includes 101 patients with postoperative colorectal cancer(190 consultations)from September 2016 to January 2020,who met the criteria and were treated by Professor Professor Zuo Minghuan,Dong Fang Hospital,BeingJing University of Chinese Medicine The case data were entered into Microsoft Office Excel for collection,and the other two reviewed separately.The "Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform V2.1"software was used to extract and enter medical records.Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the frequency of patients' gender,age,clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome types,tongue image,pulse,prescription medication,and drug four-way,five-flavor,return,efficacy,etc.Using cluster analysis and association analysis to discover the correlation between medicine,clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome types.Results1.This study includes 101 patients,190 consultations,60 males and 41 females,have a mean age of(64.75±10.70)years and a median age of 65 years-There are 46 cases of rectal malignant tumors and 55 cases of colon malignant tumors.Common clinical symptoms are fatigue,chills,inappetence,thin stools,constipation,diarrhea and bloating.The common syndromes in the case were:spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency leading to damp encumbrance syndrome,intestinal dryness and fluid deficiency syndrome,phlegm-dampness internal obstruction syndrome.The statistics of tongues are mainly a shallow red tongue,dark tongue,dim tongue,white moss,white greasy moss,white moss lack of fluid,and thin white moss,common pulse incudes sinking thin pulse,string,slippery pulse,sinking pulse,thin slippery pulse.The four qi in the drug are mainly flat,mild and cold,and the five flavors are mainly sweet,spicy and bitter,mainly belonging to the spleen,lung,liver and kidney.2.Thirty-four flavors of Chinese medicine are used more than 30 times.The high-frequency medicines are Astragali Radix,Poria,Hedyotis Diffusa,Cinnamomi Cortex,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Amomi Fructus,Codonopsis Radix,Scutellaria Barbata,Psoraleae Fructus,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.The frequency of drug classification from high to low includes supplement of deficiency medicine,heat-clearing medicine,diuretics for eliminating dampness medicine,digestion medicine,resolving phlegm medicine,clearing damp medicine,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis medicine,regulating qi flow medicine.Analyzing the association rules of the traditional Chinese medicine in this study.A total of 52 drug pairs were mined,and 25 effective drug pairs were screened,including Astragali Radix-Poria,Cinnamomi Cortex-Astragali Radix,Astragali Radix-Codonopsis Radix,Amomi Fructus-Poria,Poria-Codonopsis Radix,Psoraleae Fructus-Cinnamomi Cortex,Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum-Poria,Myristicae Semen-Psoraleae Fructus,Hedyotis Diffusa-Scutellaria Barbata.The common clinical symptoms in medical records such as fatigue,diarrhea,hand and foot numbness,inappetence,agrypnia,abdominal pain,constipation and other drug association rules were analyzed,and 58 association rules were obtained.Making cluster analysis with high-frequency medicines,the result comes out with 4 categories,the first category includes Codonopsis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Cortex,Psoraleae Fructus,Myristicae Semen;The second category includes Astragali Radix,Poria,Amomi Fructus,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Gall Gigerii Endothelium Corneum,Hedyotis Diffusa,Scutellaria Barbata.The third category Includes Pseudostellariae Radix,Inulae Flos,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Indian Bread With Pine,Lilii Bulbus,Cannabis Fructus,Spatholobi Caulis,Radix Actinidiae Chinensis,Coicis Semen etc.The Fourth Category Includes Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum Cum Alumine,Curcumae Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Polyporus,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Hordei Fructus Germinatus,Medicated Leaven etc.Using complex network analysis,the core drug combinations includes:Astragali Radix,Cinnamomi Cortex,Amomi Fructus,Poria,Hedyotis Diffusa,Scutellaria Barbata,Gall Gigerii Endothelium Corneum,Codonopsis Radix,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Myristicae Semen,Psoraleae Fructus,Coicis Semen,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Polyporus,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et RhizomaConclusions1.Based on the analysis of the clinical medical records of Professor Zuo Minghuan in treating postoperative colorectal cancer,It is found that postoperative colorectal cancer's pathogenesis are based on spleen and kidney deficiency,and toxic and turbidity as the standard,deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The disease is located in the large intestine and involves the spleen and kidney.The pathological factors are phlegm,dampness,blood stasis and toxin2.Professor Zuo's main treatments for patients with colorectal cancer after surgery include supplementing the spleen and kidney,clearing away heat and detoxifying,strengthening the spleen and diluting water,resolving food stagnation to harmonize stomach,removing dampness and phlegm,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating qi.Professor Zuo Minghuan takes "invigorating the spleen and kidney,warming yang and removing turbidity,flash to yuan" as the main treatment for patients with colorectal cancer after surgery3.The core drug combinations includes:Astragali Radix,Cinnamomi
