Objective:The theory of "Chong Channel is subordinate to Yang Ming" originated from Inner Canon of Huangdi, and was not formally put forward until the Ming dynasty.By collecting and combing the literatures about the relationship between Chong Channel and Yang Ming, this study explores the understanding of the relationship between Chong Channel and Yang Ming theory by doctors of the Ming and qing dynasties and their monographs,in order to systematically expound the academic origin and connotation of the classical theory of"Chong Channel is subordinate to Yang Ming".Methods:Through the "classic of TCM(fifth edition)"software for electronic retrieval, with Chong, the vein of chong, blood, sea of twelve meridians and ChongRen as the keywords of Chong Channel, such as stomach,Yang Ming, intestine, the stomach, reservoir of food and drink, six fu viscera as keywords of Yang Ming, two component retrieval type search, carries on the collection, induction, analysis and the information recorded in Excel2016 program, and organize the according to the order of dynasties. In addition, please refer to and supplement the relevant provisions of Inner Canon of Huangdi.More than 360 books and 9,000 articles were selected.Through reading,I got rid of the literature that was obviously irrelevant and repeated to this study, and finally got 217 books and more than 1,300 pieces of relevant literature.I used the school library resources to proofread the obtained literature.Results:(1)a preliminary screening of more than 360 books, more than 9000 related literature, involving 271 doctors, including 47 books before the Ming dynasty, more than 900 literature;101 Ming dynasty books, more than 3,700 documents; The qing dynasty has 220 books and more than 5,300 documents.Through reading, the irrelevant and repetitive literature of this study was eliminated, and 217 TCM books on the relationship between Chong Channel and Yang Ming were obtained with more than 1,300 literatures.Among them,32 books and more than 140 documents were written before the Ming dynasty.Ming dynasty 63 books, more than 450 documents; The qing dynasty has 119 books and more than 700 documents.(2)the literature on the relationship between Chong Channel and Yang Ming in traditional Chinese medicine is on the rise in general, especially after the Ming and qing dynasties, especially in the qing dynasty, accounting for more than half of the total number of literature entries(54.8 percent of related books,54.0 percent of related literature).(3)among more than 1,300 literatures,62%of them are huangdi neijing, nanjing, treatise on febrile diseases, synopsis of the golden chamber and annotations of doctors in past dynasties.(4)among more than 1,300 literatures, theoretical research accounted for 87%,theoretical research before the qing dynasty accounted for 36%,and theoretical research in the qing dynasty accounted for 64%,with a relative decrease in proportion.(5)among the more than 1,300 literatures,220 were involved in clinical application, mostly in qing dynasty,132,accounting for 60%,and most of them were medical records.(6)in the literature, drug therapy was the main clinical treatment, with 38 cases involving acupuncture and moxibustion, accounting for 17%.(7)in the literature, the clinical application mainly focused on the treatment of gynecological diseases, accounting for 72%.Before the Ming and qing dynasties, the application was limited to gynecology, and after the Ming and qing dynasties, the application scope was gradually expanded to all internal and external gynecological and pediatric departments, but the proportion was limited.Conclusions:(1)Inner Canon of Huangdi and Nan Jing are the earliest extant medical works in China, comprehensively summarizing the previous medical achievements in Qin and Han dynasties, establishing the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, and being the source of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Zhang zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber collected the great achievements of medicine before the Han dynasty, laid the theoretical foundation of theory, method and prescription, and was an important node in the development of TCM theory. The annotations of doctors in past dynasties not only reflect the inheritance and order of TCM theory system, but also show the development and innovation of TCM theory.(2)with the deepening understanding of the relationship between the doctors in the Ming and qing dynasties and the continuous development and improvement of the theory of "Chong Channel is subordinate to Yang Ming",doctors in later generations applied their family to clinical treatment more and more, which was no longer limited to gynecology, but involved in internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics and male medicine.(3)before the Ming and Qing dynasties, most doctors treated related diseases with prescription experience, but few innovations; After the Ming and Qing dynasties, especially the Qing dynasty, there appeared a large number of medical cases, which provided a practical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
