| Objective:With the continuous development of society,the women's age of marriage and childbearing is obviously postponed,the infertility rates are rising around the world.Assisted reproductive technology(ART)effectively solved the needs of many infertility patients,with the widely application of the ART,the understanding of ovarian reserve function has deepened,it becomes an focus and difficulty in reproductive medicine research for how to improve the ovarian function of patients,so that the ovaries can produce enough and good quality eggs,or improve the success rate of clinical pregnancy rate of ART.The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of tonifying kidney and relieving liver prescription on the clinical efficacy of patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with low ovarian reserve function and the pregnancy outcome after IVF-ET.Methods:The study chooses a total of 51 diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)patients,who attended the outpatient department of gynecology,Guang'anmen hospital,Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine from March 201 8 to March 2019,diagnosed as kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.To adopt the method of self-comparison,all of them were included in the treatment group.Used tonifying kidney and relieving liver prescription for the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,then observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinising hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),changes of the number of eggs obtained and embryos available for transplantation in ART,and observe the two groups after treatment in patients with biochemical pregnancy cases,clinical pregnancy cases,early abortions.Results:1.Early pregnancy:After treatment,the biochemical pregnancy rate is 90.20%,the clinical pregnancy rate is 84.31%,and the early abortion rate is 4.65%.2.Serum levels:FSH,LH and FSH/LH all decrease after treatment,there was a significant statistical difference compared with before treatment(P<0,01),and no significant difference in E2 level(P>0.05).3.The number of eggs obtained and embryos available for transplantation:After treatment,the number of eggs obtained and embryos available for transplantation increase with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:(1)The total score of TCM symptoms after treatment is lower than that before treatment,and patients with moderate after treatment is lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(2)Single TCM syndrome comparison,the main TCM syndrome(menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color)score after treatment is lower than that before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the secondary syndromes(lumbosacral pain,depression or irritability,breast distension,dizziness,and urination),while there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of tinnitus and decreased libido(P>0.05);(3)After treatment,8 cases showed obvious effects,accounting for 15.69%;32 cases are effective,accounting for 62.74%;There are 11 invalid cases,accounting for 21.57%.The total effective rate is 78.43%;5.Safety indicators:There are no obvious abnormalities found with the safety examination conducted before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Tonifying kidney and relieving liver prescription can significantly reduce the FSH,LH and FSH/LH values,improve the ovarian function of the patients;2.Tonifying kidney and relieving liver prescription can improve the TCM syndrome for the treatment of DOR patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation of IVE-ET,it is safe and effective;3.Tonifying kidney and relieving liver prescription for the treatment of IVF-ET patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with low ovarian reserve function has a good effect,which can improve the biochemical and clinical pregnancy rate and reduce the rate of early abortion. |
