| Objective:By comparing and observing the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy with different lengths of lines(1cm,2cm)intervention on the obesity indexes(body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, obesity degree, waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and subcutaneous fat thickness)in patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency dampness syndrome, the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated,so as to provide a basis for optimizing the clinical program of acupoint catgut embedding therapy with different lengths of lines intervention in treating simple obesity with spleen deficiency dampness syndrome. Methods:A total of 66 patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency dampness syndrome in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were admitted and treated.According to the treatment order of patients, they were randomly divided into 1cm group and 2cm group, all using acupoint catgut embedding therapy, with 33 patients in each group.1cm line was used in 1cm group and 2cm line was used in 2cm group. The materials and needles used for acupoint catgut embedding at the two groups,as well as the selected acupoints, the depth of injection, the frequency and the course of the treatment were all guaranteed to be consistent.Obesity indexes(body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, obesity degree, waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and subcutaneous fat thickness)were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis finally, and the effectiveness and safety of the two groups were evaluated. Results:During the treatment,2 patients in the 1cm group and 3 patients in the 2cm group were lost.Finally,31 patients in the 1cm group and 30 patients in the 2cm group completed the treatment, and a total of 61 patients were included in the statistical analysis.①Intra-group comparison:the two groups after treatment in body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, obesity degree, waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and subcutaneous fat thickness were significantly lower than before treatment, the differences were significant(P<0.05).②Inter-group comparison:After treatment, there was no significant difference in the reduction of body weight, body mass index, obesity degree,waist-hip ratio and subcutaneous fat thickness B value(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the reduction of fat percentage, waist circumference, hip circumference, subcutaneous fat thickness A value,C value,D value between the two groups(P<0.05).③The total effective rate:the total effective rate was 77.4%in the 1cm group and 90%in the 2cm group. There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).④Adverse reactions:no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:①The use of different lengths of lines(1cm,2cm)for acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of simple obesity patients with spleen deficiency dampness syndrome are effective,2cm length of the line in the overall clinical effect is better than 1cm length of the line.②The use of different lengths of lines(1cm,2cm)for acupoint catgut embedding is effective in reducing the body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, obesity degree, waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and subcutaneous fat thickness of simple obesity patients with spleen deficiency dampness syndrome.2cm length of the line has more advantages than the 1cm length of the line in reducing the fat percentage, waist circumference, hip circumference, subcutaneous fat thickness A value,C value,D value of simple obesity patients with spleen deficiency dampness syndrome.③It is safe to use different lengths of lines(1cm,2cm)to treat simple obesity patients with spleen deficiency dampness syndrome on acupoint catgut embedding. |
