| Objective Through a prospective clinical randomized controlled study,we evaluated the therapeutic effect and safety of Yiyang Pills on cardiovascular adverse reactions caused by TSH suppression after thyroid cancer surgery.Methods Sixty patients with differentiated syndromes of Qi and Yin,which were TCM syndrome differentiation,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.On the basis of the original TSH inhibitory treatment,the treatment group was supplemented with Yiyang Pill and the control group was supplemented with only the TSH inhibitory treatment for 3 months.Prepare a case report form(CRF)to record general patient information before and after treatment,dynamic electrocardiogram,electrocardiogram,blood pressure,thyroid function,liver and kidney function,blood lipids,discomfort symptom scale,quality of life scale and other test results.Used spss 25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,and used descriptive analysis methods,comparative analysis methods and other statistical methods.The evaluation criteria were ambulatory electrocardiogram,electrocardiogram,arrhythmia cure rate,blood pressure,blood lipid,liver and kidney function,blood routine,discomfort symptom scale before and after treatment,SF-36 quality of life scale before and after treatment.It could evaluate the effect of Yiyang Pill on arrhythmia,the relief of discomfort symptoms and the improvement of quality of life in patients undergoing TSH suppression after thyroid cancer surgery.Results After the course of treatment,the improvement rate of tachycardia,premature beats and other arrhythmias(70.00%)in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(37.50%),and the improvement rate of high blood pressure in the treatment group was 57.14%better than that in the control group(33.33%).The average blood pressure of the treatment group was 114.06/71.14mmHg lower than that of the control group 132.00/81.78mmHg,and there was a statistically significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);At the same time,Yiyang pills can improve myocardial ischemia to a certain extent.There was no significant difference in heart rate and blood lipid before and after treatment between the two groups.The total scores of discomfort symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups were significantly decreased,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The average score of 4.97 points in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group of 12.08 points.There was a significant difference(P<0.05),and the symptom improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The scores of 20 symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05):hair loss,dizziness and tinnitus,dry eyes,dry mouth and throat,anterior neck discomfort,hoarse voice,phlegm,shortness of breath,fast heartbeat,tiredness,palm fever,easy to sweat,hunger easily,constipation,insomnia,depression,irritability,numbness of hands and feet,lumbago,weight gain.The six symptoms of dry mouth,fast heartbeat,tiredness,easy to sweat,depression,irritability were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).The number of treatment components was lower than that of the control group.From the first month of treatment to the end of the treatment period,the inpatients’ symptoms improved significantly(P<0.01).After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly better than that of the control group by 70%.After treatment,there was no significant difference in thyroid function between the two groups(P>0.05).FT3 in the treatment group had significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life scale showed that the total physical and mental health scores of the two groups of patients were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment,and the difference between the treatment components was higher than that of the control group.In terms of classification dimensions,the scores of the six dimensions PF,BP,GH,VT,SF,and MH in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.After the treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared,and the VT items(P=0.019<0.05)were significantly different.Conclusions Yiyang pills can relieve arrhythmia such as tachycardia and premature beats caused by TSH suppression in patients with thyroid cancer surgery,and can also lower blood pressure.It can also relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients with thyroid cancer surgery,improve physical health,improve mental health,and improve the quality of life. |
