The Application Research Of Differentiated Thyroid Cancer After Surgery With Yiqi Yangyin Fang

Objective:It was observed that therapeutic effect of the main clinical symptoms of the patients after differentiated thyroid cancer and the regulation of the thyroid function with Yiqi Yangyin Fang.Method:There were 40 patients,they were after the operation of thyroid carcinoma,the pathologic type was differentiated thyroid carcinoma,conformed to the Chinese medicine Qi and Yin deficiency type,using randomized,controlled grouping method,divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the oral administration of levothyroxine sodium tablets.The treatment group was treated with oral levothyroxine sodium tablets and combined with the Yiqi Yangyin Fang,which was administered orally,one dose per day,and twice daily.The observation period was 2 months,respectively record the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom score,the time of onset of symptoms improvement,serum free triiodothyronine(FT3),serum free thyroxine(FT4),serum thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)and thyroglobulin(TG)before treatment and after treatment for 2 monthsResult:After 2 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM were improved:the clinical symptoms of treatment group in dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,thirst,sweating,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,insomnia,much dream,constipation were better than control group(P<0.05),including constipation integral change significantly(P<0.01).In TCM syndrome integration:the decrease of integral of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The working time aspect of TCM clinical symptoms improvement:In the treatment group,the fatigue force,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,thirst,sweating,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,insomnia,much dream,the numbness,the constipation,the working time of clinical symptoms improvement is earlier than the control group(P<0.05).Thyroid function aspects:the treatment group and the control group,FT3,FT4 levels were elevated,TSH,TG levels were significantly lower(P<0.01),but the levels of FT3,FT4 elevating and TSH decreasing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TG comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Clinical observation showed that Yiqi Yangyin Fang can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with postoperative qi and Yin deficiency of thyroid cancer,shorten the working time of treating discomfort symptoms,and improve the quality of life after surgery.It may inhibit pituitary secretion of thyroid hormone,promote the recovery of thyroid function,and prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis.
