| ObjectiveThis Research aim at finding the affect of Chinese herbs to eliminate anal fistula for oral,to observe the sufferers on low simple anal fistula with damp invasion of lower energizer injection after operation.wound pain,wound secretion,wound granulation tissue,healing and total curative effect after treatment were observed.Methods60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.From the day of surgery to the second day of surgery the control group routinely selected appropriate and sufficient antibiotics to treat the infection,stop bleeding,and relieve pain.After the first day of surgery,the drug was changed and replaced with water to fill the wound base with Vaseline yarn.On the basis of the same routine treatment before and after the operation,the treatment group was given oral Chinese herbs to eliminate anal fistula.(Cortex Phellodenri,Sophora,flavescens,Rhizoma Alisma,Coixseed,Baizhu,Sophora Japonica,Cortex Moutan,Honeysuckle)the treatment group after operation day 1 after switching to oral Chinese herbs to eliminate anal fistula 1 dose every time,2 times a day,add water 500 ml,deep fry to 200 ml,taking 14 days,The control group was given routine treatment without oral administration.The wound secretion and pain on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 28 th days after operation of the two groups were observed and record the data.The day after operation,postoperative on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 28 th days to measure the wound area,wound healing rate,wound healing time and 35 days after the total curative effect.ResultsThe general data of the two groups showed that before treatment,sex,age,course distribution,wound pain,wound secretion,wound area and wound healing rate of the two groups were compared.The difference was not statistically significant.The baseline was consistent and comparable.The results of the intervention of Chinese herbs to eliminate anal fistula for oral are as follows:1.Wound pain,Wound secretion:There was a significant difference in the wound pain between the two groups on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 28 th day after operation(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group significantly.In the comparison of wound secretion,the results of the 3rd,7th,14 th days after operation were statistically significant(P <0.05).On the 28 th day after operation,(P>0.05).The treatment group and the control group have no significantly.It is suggested that the treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing the secretion of wound in the early and middle.2.Wound area,wound healing rate and wound healing time:On the day after operation and on the 3rd day after operation(P>0.05),there was no significant difference on the 7th,14 th and 28 th day after operation,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.The wound healing rate of the treatment group was much higher than the control group on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 28 th day after operation.The average wound healing time between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and that of the treatment group was(26.43±3.83days)compared with the control group(29.70±3.33days),There was a significant difference in the wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The average healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.3.Overall curative effect:On the 35 th day after operation,the effective rates of both groups were 100%.The cure rate was 100% in the treatment group and 96.67% in the control group.There was no significant difference between two groups.ConclusionsChinese herbs to eliminate anal fistula is effective in reducing wound pain,reduci ng wound secretion,accelerating wound healing and shortening wound healing time.T here were no adverse reactions in the course of medication,so further research and cl inical application could be considered. |
