| Objectives: This study by use the method of Meta analysis evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)caused by the efficacy and safety of ovulation obstructive infertility,for clinical decision and provide evidence for further study.Methods: The literatures of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PCOS induced oviparous infertility in CNKI,CBMdisc,VIP,Wan Fang,Pub Med,Embase and Cochrane Library were searched by computer.The retrieval time was from the date of establishment of the electronic database to April2019,and a total of 1383 literatures were obtained.The literature was screened independently by two researchers according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and a total of 108 literatures meeting the requirements were obtained.In accordance with the " Evaluation form " for the literature with the statistical data analysis;use "Risk of bias table" to evaluate the quality of literature;analyze and summarize the literature on the treatment of PCOS,including TCM syndrome differentiation and classification,TCM treatment principles and drug use;use Revman 5.3 software make for the meta analysis.Results: This study of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility caused by PCOS into 108 references,with specific results:(1)The quality of literature: use " Risk of bias table" to evaluate,the result: The random classification method was explicitly proposed in 45% of the literatures,but the concealment method using the random scheme was not explicitly mentioned in any of them,Only 3% of the literatures explicitly mentioned the use of the blind method,and5% mentioned the integrity of the outcome data,No other bias was clearly mentioned in the included literatures.(2)Meta analysis: 1)traditional Chinese medicine vs western medicine:(1)traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood can significantly improve pregnancy rate,LH and T;There was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups.(2)traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and soothing liver significantly improved LH/FSH and T;There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving LH.(3)kidney tonifyingphlegm Chinese medicine significantly improved the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,LH;There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving T.2)combination of Chinese and western medicine vs western medicine:(1)kidneytonifying and blood-activating Chinese medicine combined with western medicine significantly improved the pregnancy rate,LH and T;There was no significant difference in ovulation rate and LH/FSH between the two groups.(2)kidney and liver of TCM combined with western medicine significantly improve the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and T;There was no significant difference between the two groups in menstrual improvement,LH and LH/FSH.(3)kidney and spleen of TCM combined with western medicine significantly improve the pregnancy rate,LH;There was no significant difference in ovulation rate and improved T between the two groups.(4)kidney tonifying phlegm and activating blood circulation Chinese medicine combined with western medicine significantly improved the pregnancy rate,LH and T;There was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups.(5)kidney-tonifying phlegm Chinese medicine combined with western medicine significantly improves ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,menstrual improvement,LH and T.(6)tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can significantly improve ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and LH;There was no significant difference between the two groups in improvement of T.(7)Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with western medicine significantly improved the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,LH,LH/FSH and T.(3)publication bias: funnel plot was used to represent the situation of publication bias,and the symmetry of dot distribution was not strong,suggesting the possibility of publication bias.Conclusion: The meta-analysis using Revman5.3 software showed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine had a certain effect on ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,menstrual improvement,serum sex hormones and other aspects of PCOS patients.However,it should be noted that the quality of the literature in this study is generally low,and the literature included in the study has publication bias,which may lead to an impact on the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on PCOS,and the clinical trial of traditional Chinese medicine on PCOS still needs to be further improved. |
