Research On The Influence Of Political Consciousness On The Evolution Of Chinese Fonts

The character is the product of social development of human being to a certain stage.The historical materialism believes that the character is formed in the class society.The character creation is essentially originated from the human demand for the information communication beyond the space and time and its formation and development are the results of many factors.But since its maturity,a character system has a inseparable relationship with power and politics.In the long course of human civilization development,the power struggle and political change always appear along with the character development and the character evolution is also inevitably impacted by political consciousness.Chinese character is the crystallization of excellent Chinese culture and one of the world's most ancient characters.Its formation and evolution also can't get rid of the influence of political consciousness.Therefore,with political consciousness as the starting point,the author will break through the previous Chinese character evolution analysis method on the basis of economic and technological development,thus providing providing another thinking and research direction.In the study,from the perspective of astronomy and history,the author refers to the research results of politics,calligraphy,archaeology,social psychology and other related disciplines,consults a large number of relevant literature and combine ancient and modern ideas with the professional knowledge to card the Chinese character evolution at each stage and the corresponding political consciousness and meanwhile explore the relationship between them.It is not hard to find that each great change and vicissitude of the character is often accompanied by the change of political consciousness from the Chinese character evolution from oracle,bronze,script,clerical script,modern and contemporary artistic font to printing character.Some are the results that ruling class constantly get involved in the natural development of Chinese characters in order to control the ideology and culture of the people at bottom;some character reforms are caused by personal preferences,special psychology or political environment of the rules.In a word,after careful analysis,it can be found that there is a unexpected correlation between the political consciousness and Chinese character evolution.The author hopes to provide references for the reform and development of modern Chinese characters through the discussion of this relation.
