The Parametric Design originates from the Industrial Design and Animation Creation.At the present stage,it is widely used in the architectural design.As an emerging design style,artistic trend of thought and design method,its theoretical value and practical significance should be explored.In this paper,Design system of thinking and emotional creation,the public art project to explore the practice.Through studying many cases of parametric technology at home and abroad,we fully understand the value of parametric design and future prospects.Based on the relevant literature and experimental research,this paper attempts to review the parametric design from the angle of artistic design by combing the parametric design,and to explore the extension of the application of parametric design based on the meaning of artistic modeling,Design in the creation of public art plays a reference for some inspiration.
