Research On The Reform Of The Opera Management System In Hunan Province (1949-1966)

Drama reform is one of the most significant and far-reaching reforms in the art field in our country after the founding of new China.As a major opera province,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee,Hunan Province has actively implemented the principle of revise of the opera and carried out a series of reforms,finally making the opera management system in Hunan Province integrate into the development of socialism and literature.This article discusses the reform of the opera management system in Hunan province seventeen years after the founding of the People's Republic of China through the compilation of relevant literature data of the reform of the opera management system in Hunan Province from the perspective of artistic social development.First of all,it elaborates the opera management mode in Hunan before the founding of PRC,and discusses the institutional structure of the theater management in Hunan before the founding of the People's Republic.The second is to discuss the beginning of the reform of Hunan opera management system.During this period,the main focus is on the time after the founding of New China and the all-round socialist construction.At the same time,we discussed the deepening stage of the reform of opera management system in Hunan Province,which was from 1956 to 1966.Finally,the achievements and problems in the reform of the management system of opera in Hunan are expounded.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China seventeen years ago,great achievements have been made in the reform of the Hunan opera management system.The art workforce of the working people has been gradually established,and the operas in Hunan have been flourishing.However,the excessive administrative intervention and a high degree of administrativeization have caused the objective laws of art development to be violated,and the educational functions of drama have been magnified.
