Research On The Operation And Management Of Nanjing Yue Opera Troupe

Officially founded in 1956,Nanjing Yue Opera Troupe,like more than 1,524 state-owned opera troupees in China,is on the one hand an important carrier of traditional Chinese culture and shoulder important responsibilities;on the other hand,constrained by the dilemma of survival and reform,it is in an intricate social and cultural environment.Based on the basic theory of art management,this paper studies the diachronic and synchronic interaction of Nanjing Yue Opera Troupe on the basis of fieldwork and first-hand data.Firstly,the historical evolution from traditional opera troupe to modern opera troupe is sorted out.Secondly,it discusses the mode and characteristics of modern operation and management of the troupe from the aspects of organizational structure,personnel relations,economic operation,drama production and performance operation,and puts it in the macro context for in-depth analysis.Finally,the future development of the troupe is analyzed by combining the new policies of the reform of the art troupe system,such as the inheritance of traditional opera.This paper holds that,with the deepening reform of the academy system,the modern management mode of the municipal yue troupe has been gradually established,and the marketization tendency of the production and performance operation of repertory is becoming more and more clear.
