A Study On The Framed Prepositional Phrase "under X" And Its Errors

The use frequency of "under X" is very high in one of the frame prepositional phrases in Chinese,frame prepositions is a preposition type that is made of the preposition and postposition,to the composition of prepositions govern is caught in the middle.This paper will discuss the frame prepositional phrase "under X",which is a frame prepositional phrase and is composed of the preposition "in",postposition "under" and their common composition"X".In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the frame prepositional phrase "under X" also is one of the teaching contents.But most of international students can't master this grammar point very ideally,in order to investigate some of the problems when international students acquired this kind of frame prepositions.This paper firstly on the basis of National Language Committee Modern Chinese General Equilibrium Corpus,to take the ontological research of the frame prepositional phrase "under X".On this basis,the author collects and sorts out the corpus of HSK dynamic composition corpus and then summarizes the bias error of international students when they acquired the frame prepositional phrase "under X",then puts forward some related teaching suggestions.This paper includes three parts:The first part is the introduction.This part firstly from the point of ontology and the bias error of students to elaborate the reason of the title.Secondly,collecting and summarizing the research achievements in ontology research such as syntax,semantics and prefix and suffix of frame prepositional phrase "under X".Thirdly,discussing the related achievements about the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Lastly,elaborating the research scope,goal and methods,etc.The second part is the main body.Firstly,the author investigates the corpus of the frame prepositional phrase "under X",in order to statement and summarize the reflection in syntax and semantics of the frame prepositional phrase "under X"again.In syntax,the frame prepositional phrase "under X'can be Attributive,Adverbial and Complement;In semantics,it shows the meaning of space and scope,condition,accompany and background.Secondly,the author compares the frame prepositional phrase "under X"to "on the X" or"in the middle of X".Three of them in semantics and the introductor "X"in the middle of the phrase are different.In semantics,their base meaning is same,but in metaphorical meaning is large different.In terms of the introductor "X"in the middle of the frame prepositional phrase"under X",this paper from Substantive components,Predicate composition,the Idiom to study.Thirdly,the author according to the position of syntax to discuss appear indistinctly of the preposition "in".Appear indistinctly of "in" is influenced by the Syntax,Semantics and Pragmatics.In syntax,appear indistinctly of "in" is related to the Fu yuan function of prefix and suffix,the semantics of the frame prepositional phrase "under X" and the semantic features of verbs in the sentences.In pragmatics,the appear indistinctly of "in" is mainly related to the textual cohesive function of the frame prepositional phrase "under X".Generally,the postposition "under" is not hidden.Lastly,the author takes the HSK dynamic composition corpus on as the object of the research,through filtrating and classifying to ascertain the bias types when international students acquire the frame preposition "under X".And from linguistics and pedagogy to analyze the reasons of bias errors,then according to the types and reasons of bias errors to put forward some specific teaching suggestions,such as reinforcing the interlanguage of comparison and analysis,applying the Cognitive Schema Approach to explain the differences of the localizer "under,on,middle",and adopting the Lexical Approach to teach the metaphorical meaning of the frame preposition "under X".The third part is conclusion.The author summarizes the research achievements of this paper generally.Then to point out the insufficient and the direction of research in the future of this paper.
