Research On Mao Qiling's "Four Books Correction"

Mao Qiling(???)is a great scholar of the early Qing Dynasty,whose knowledge is comprehensive and abundant,but easy to distinguish the good from oaths,and eager to win over others,so it is controversial in the academic world.He wrote Si Shu Gai Cuo(??????)in order to refute Zhu Xi(??),and said that "none of the Four Books is good",and systematically corrected and corrected Zhu Xi's notes.Although there are subtle changes,there are also some mistakes,so the academic circles also praise and criticize them in a mixed way.Up to now,the research on Si Shu Gai Cuo has basically stayed at the macro level.Occasionally,there have been articles on the classification of the Si Shu Gai Cuo items,but only on the scientific level of the classification of the style.The correct and wrong and value meaning of Mao's correction has not been combed in detail.In this paper,the author makes a concrete analysis of the Si Shu Gai Cuo from several aspects,such as correction of errors,take a superfluous action and so on.In the Si Shu Gai Cuo,the people,things,land,history,and the system of the book in the The Four Books(????????)have really been examined in detail,there is a thorough examination of the origin of the original and the correction of Zhu Xi's wrong notes.The phonetic meaning of some of the characters is explained,the classics are quoted,the errors are corrected,and there are some reasonable reasons.There are many drawbacks in the Si Shu Gai Cuo.For some of the annotations in ZhuXi's The Four Books,Mao Qiling had not been proved to be the first to break,and he was greatly mistaken.It has been altered or unproven or inconclusive,and this has been done.Some entries of Zhu Xi's The Four Books have been verified,and the conclusion is credible,which has always been promoted by scholars.However,Mao Qiling willful,some did not test the assumption of change,some lack of justification,strong argument forced reform.Also because Mao Qiling preempts,Zhu Xi's The Four Books does not contain the speech,nothing is wrong,confuse one thing with another accuses falsely to accuse,extremely is not rigorous.What is more,in the Si Shu Gai Cuo,there are strong reasons to reverse the right to wrong.Mao Qiling rebutted Zhu Xi to correct his mistakes.Although he was constrained by his preconceptions,and there is no need,inaccuracy and wrong change.but there were many corrections.Through the detailed analysis of the Si Shu Gai Cuo.we can see Zhu's note and Mao's correction are both right and wrong and concealer mutual views.Mao's essence should be praised for its improvement.Zhu Xi's wrongs and false accusations should also be cleared.On the basis of a more objective and comprehensive understanding of the Si Shu Gai Cuo,it can be concluded that Mao Qiling's theory of "none of the Four Books is good" is arrogant and arbitrary.
