Robert Schumann is a great pianist,composer and music critic in the history of German music.He is a representative of the Romantic era.In his short life,he created a large number of works and made a great contribution to the development of music."Abegg Variations" is his first piano song.At a ball,he first met his fiancee,Metta Abegg,attracted by her beauty and elegant temperament,and found that her name can be converted into the sound name A,B,E,G,G.The "Abegg Variations" was created on the theme of these five sounds.Because this song breaks through the shackles of the classical music structure,it is a representative work that spans the ages.Therefore,this article uses this song as a research object,and analyzes the characteristics of the work and the comparison of performance versions.In this paper,the innovation lies in the microscopic and playing styles of the Variations on the Name Abegg,performed by Svyatoslav Teofflovich Richter,Yevgeny Kissin,and Lang Lang.Comparative analysis of the aspects,summed up the summary,hope that through research,in order to better understand the work.The research methods used are: literature research method,data analysis method,practice method,comparison method,and summarization method.
