During The Period Of The Republic Of China, Xi'an Tap Water Business Was Constructed

This paper studies the process of setting up the running water enterprises in Xi'an during the period of the Republic of China,and analyzes the background causes and failures of the construction of the running water enterprises,and summarizes the significance of the construction of the running water enterprises for the future running water enterprises construction.The full text is divided into five parts.The "Introduction" part puts forward questions:What was the reason for the construction of the water supply project in Xi'an during the Republic of China?What is the construction process of the running water enterprises?What was the cause of the failure of the construction of the running water enterprises in Xi'an during the period of the Republic of China?What impact did the construction of the running water enterprises in Xi'an have on the subsequent construction of the running water enterprises.The first chapter,"The Cause of Running Water Enterprises in Xi'an City,"analyzes the causes of the construction of the water supply industry in Xi'an during the Republic of China from historical and social backgrounds.Because of the long-term human activities,the groundwater quality in the Xi'an area is not good,and the channels that drove the water from the ground to the city in the Qing Dynasty were decadent,during the period of the Republic of China,residents of Xi'an City relied on well water for drinking water,and the water in most wells tasted salty and bitter.After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,Xi'an,as the rear of the anti-Japanese war,had a relatively stable social environment and was designated as the capital city to usher in the period of urban development.Setting up tap water is the need for urban development in Xi'an.The second chapter,"The Process of Setting up the Running Water Enterprises of Xi'an City," divides the construction of the water supply industry in Xi'an during the period of the Republic of China into three stages to restore the construction of the water supply industry.From February 1935 to April 1938,the running water enterprises was in the first stage of preparation and construction.It proposed a water supply project construction plan and carried out project construction until the project was officially suspended.From April 1938 to August 1945,the construction of running water enterprises entered a stage of stagnation.This stage deals with economic disputes arising from project interruptions and the disposal of surplus materials.From August 1945 to 1949,the running water enterprises entered the second preparatory stage,proposed a new project construction plan,prepared materials,and raised funds.This preparation ended in failure.The third chapter "The Reason for Failure and Significance of The Failure of The Construction of The Running Water Enterprises in Xi'an During The Period of The Republic of China" analyzed the reasons for the failure of the construction of the running water enterprises from the perspectives of Xi'an's own characteristics,the timely situation and the economy,and summarized the significance of the running water enterprises in Xi'an during the period of the Republic of China.The construction of water supply business has been weakened due to the weak economic foundation of Xi'an and has been affected by political and economic factors.It eventually failed due to the outbreak of war and difficulties in fund collection.The measurement survey results and the water plant engineering design plan accumulated during the construction of the water supply project in Xi'an during the period of the Republic of China have laid a foundation for the construction of the running water enterprises and provided references for them,indicating the direction of construction.The "Conclusion" part responds to the questions raised by the "Introduction" .During the period of the Republic of China,the reason for the construction of the running water enterprises in Xi'an was the poor drinking water quality in Xi'an.On the one hand,Xi'an entered the period of construction and development.During the period of the Republic of China,the construction of the running water enterprises in Xi'an was a difficult and tortuous process.Although the construction of the running water enterprises failed due to political and economic reasons,the experience and lessons accumulated during the construction of the running water enterprises can serve as a reference for the construction of the running water enterprises.
