Research On The Protection And Development Of Famous Historical And Cultural Towns In Henan Based On The Construction Goal Of "characteristic Towns"

The historical and cultural town is an important carrier of our country's history and culture,its protection and development are related to the continuity of our excellent traditional culture.Influenced by the tide of globalization,the town of historical culture faces the danger of disappearing.At present our country has arisen the upsurge of building characteristic small town,the government level also has high expectation for it,and hoping the characteristic small town's construction can change the situation of dual structure that our country faces for a long time of urban and rural,quicken the transformation of economic development mode.Therefore,it has great academic and practical significance to explore the path of protection and development of historical and cultural towns in Henan province,starting with the construction of characteristic towns,merging the requirements of the protection and development of historical and cultural towns.On the basis of reviewing the research on the protection and development of historical and cultural towns and the characteristics towns at home and abroad.This paper studies the construction goal of the characteristic town,the goal of the protection and development of the historic and cultural town,the feasibility of combination the construction of the characteristics towns and the historical and cultural towns in Henan province,the existing problems and the countermeasures to be taken in the future,and take Shenhou town as an example,makes a case study on the combination construction of characteristic town and history and Cultural town of Henan province.The main points and conclusions are as follows:(1)The object and target of the protection and development of historical and cultural towns and the objects and targets of the construction of the characteristic towns have some fit,but there are also conflicts.(2)The flourishing era of Henan historical and cultural town was concentrated in the Ming and Qing dynasties.Its distribution shows many in North-south,less in Middle-east.They can be divided into commercial type and revolutionary memorial type,with the characteristics of Ancient Street is the center of the traditional style,the flourishing of commercial history and cultural towns due to the river and the traditional architecture combined different regional style.(3)The protection and development of the historical and cultural towns and the construction of the special towns in Henan province have the problems of dismantling and constructing,ignoring the sustainable development and so on.The combination construction of Henan historical and cultural towns and characteristic towns can be started from the development of characteristic tourism industry.(4)Although Shenhou town has the foundation of ceramic industry and June porcelain culture,there are some problems such as insufficient attention to the protection of traditional style,imperfect infrastructure and imperfect industrial chain of June porcelain still have to face in.Puts forward the suggestions of promoting regional coordinated development,strengthening government system reform and promoting humane integration and development of production city.
