The education quality assessment of college has always been an important part of education management.The traditional education quality assessment mainly focuses on the measurement of hardware input in universities,such as the construction of university campuses,the number of students in school and the ratio of teachers to students.And it just ignores the university education's most important object-college students.Based on the "student-centered" education quality assessment tool,NESS-China,this study focuses on students' learning process,learning experience and learning experience.College English teaching,as an important part of college students' learning process,directly influences the improvement of college students' overall quality.The present situation in college students' learning,based on the school for students of English cet level rate of pursuit,but also because of college students for overseas study,travel,improve English requirements related to employment demand,they in college English learning in common higher and higher.Therefore,this research is devoted to the study of college students' English learning and to understand the overall learning input of college students.From the perspective of students,the evaluation of education quality assessment is conducted to explore the education quality evaluation mechanism of higher scientific and reasonable universities.The author on the basis of the theory of learning in research methods and from the degree of students' learning experience rich,college students' learning initiative,and the teacher and peer interaction in learning activities and school degree of support for the college students' learning,a full range of college students' learning process to carry out the investigation and analysis,can find more deeply the college English education,and the problems existing in the college students' English learning.Through questionnaire,interview and observation,the data and theoretical analysis are carried out,and the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Study found that college students in the process of English learning in learning experience rich degree is very low,very little to interact with the teacher and the students study,plus interest,school orientation deviation problem such as college students themselves lead to poor college students' learning initiative,the current course setting,teaching in local colleges and the request is not in conformity with the imaginary identity for learning English,college students themselves also to meet the social requirements for the English level of college graduates.By discovering problems,finally respectively for university courses,school to college students' learning guidance,university teachers through specific guidelines for implementing school students direct method,the learning of college students themselves into as well as the transformation of higher education teaching quality assessment of the overall direction and orientation for the development of assessment tools put forward concrete Suggestions and comments.
