Research On The Story Of "Frog Son"

Frog Son is a popular folk story.This article mainly categorizes and researches 34 kinds of different texts that have spread in Mongolia and completes the thesis.This thesis consists of five parts:introduction,two chapters of text,conclusions,references,and appendices.The introduction consists of three parts.The first part gives an overview of the research on the story of Frog Son.The second part mainly explains the selected topics and their significance.The third part introduces the sources,theories and methods used in the research process.The first chapter consists of three subsections.The first section mainly studies the distribution of Mongolian Frog Son stories and the origins of 34 different texts.The second section lists the 14 plots of the story.The third section summarizes the story content of different variants.Based on this,it analyzes the plot and the evolution process.The second chapter consists of two subsections.The first section mainly analyzes the cultural connotations,ethnic beliefs,and living customs embodied in each plot of the story.At the same time,it analyzes the Mongolian epic that described in the story and tried to explain its cultural significance.In the second section,the collected Frog Son story texts are divided into five types of research and their types are characterized.The conclusion part summarizes the main points put forward in the whole paper.
