This paper focuses on the characterization and singing characteristics of Azzena in the nineteenth Century Italy composer Verdi's aria,"the flames are burning".Composer Giuseppe Verdi(1813-1901)is an outstanding musician in the romantic era in nineteenth Century.His own life in the rich family was well educated,and after the success of his second operas,he became the first class composer of the time in Italy.In his 26 operas that he wrote in his life,the "minstrel poet" is a four act opera which has been widely praised by everyone.The Aria "flame is burning" from the second act of the opera,and Azzena is a key character in the play,which is of great significance.In this opera Azzena is played with a strong sound,dramatic tension and a coherent soprano,showing the contradiction and drama of the character's character.The opera comes from the high production period of Verdi's works,and is very dramatic and rhythmical and explosive.Music and plot complement each other,harmony is arranged harmoniously and formally,and structure is complete.In singing,we should pay attention to the flow of the breath,truly integrate the sound and the tone,and integrate the sound and the plot according to the content of the plot."Flame in the burning" is Azzena 's heart of hatred and entanglement of an aria,the sound of the pursuit of full,flow and strength,in the play has a continuous promotion of the effect of high tide.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter starts from the life and creation of verdi and analyzes the composer's experience and social background,and knows the background and style of the music of verdi.The second chapter analyzes the character and image of the characters in the play.The third chapter analyzes the singing characteristics of aria from the aspects of melody,melody and harmony of aria.The fourth chapter compares the different versions of the singing,combines with the singing,and studies the aria.
