As an excellent handicraft product of Guizhou ethnic minorities,leathery batik has been sold overseas in the 1950 s and attracted much attention.The leathers had no writing and batik patterns played a part in writing,documenting their experiences,their lives and their likes and dislikes.Its batik patterns are elegant and generous,full of exaggeration.The pattern combination consists mainly of animal lines,plant lines,geometric patterns,and more of the flowers,birds,insects,fish,beasts,myths or folklore that come into contact with each other in daily life.They are rich in variety,diverse in form,and widely used.All the patterns are very exaggerated,and the lines are extremely simple and smooth.Taking the leathery batik pattern as the basic constituent element of my work,using the present design idea to split the original pattern and color,mixed and recombined with the traditional and contemporary works of art,And with the new technology and carrier to re-display the pattern in front of the world,thus forming my "Ge Jia new language" scarf series.With the new visual language,show the unique artistic charm of the traditional batik pattern...
