Inheritance And Innovation Of The Folk Shadow Puppet Art Of Tanglin

Shadow puppetry was once an important form of entertainment for people.It can be said that shadow puppetry is the originator of film and television.It originated in the western Han dynasty and has been popular in China for thousands of years.Dongling folk shadow puppetry is a branch of Tangshan shadow puppetry,which was once very popular in Shenyang and even in the northeast.Shenyang traditional folk shadow puppetry has not been interrupted,generation after generation of inheritors will be the ancient art form of authentic preservation.Starting from the characteristics of the folk shadow puppetry in Dongling,this paper discusses how to inherit and innovate the artistic characteristics of the folk shadow puppetry in Dongling based on the experience of the inheritors.Gu Jingen and his son Gu Pengfei have been in love with shadow puppetry for decades.Now they are both inheritors of the folk shadow puppetry in Dongling.This paper takes Gu's and his son as individual cases for field investigation and discusses their personal experiences combined with shadow puppetry.This paper consists of six parts in the research content.The first part,introduction,mainly introduces the research significance and purpose of the topic,and describes the research status.In the second part,we began to explore the origin of the folk shadow puppetry in Dongling and the environment in which it was produced,including the natural environment and the cultural environment.The third part tracks down the inheritors of shadow puppetry in Dongling.Through their dictation,physical display and practical operation,we can understand the material selection,production tools,production steps,scripts,singing styles,lyrics and accompaniment instruments of shadow puppetry,and further analyze the plastic arts and carving techniques of shadow puppetry in Dongling from the perspective of fine arts.The fourth part,to extract the inheritance people's experience,have a significant impact on the transmission of events for shadow play art,record the problem,coping ways,and psychological changes,and further analyzes the influential elements of the shadow play art inheritance,explore Dongling,folk skin shadow art characteristic changes in the historical development,thinking about how to further improve and develop the genetic and protection system and policy.The fifth part studies the application of Dongling folk shadow puppetry in folk etiquette,imagines how to integrate this application with modern life,and puts forward some innovative ideas on its artistic features.The sixth part,on the basis of summarizing the foregoing,sums up the author's thinking.Through field investigation and the real interviews,analysis of the influencing factors of shadow puppet theater inheritance,the authors found that different periods of social system,development of science and technology education ideas,as well as the means of communication,will affect the transmission of shadow play,and to some extent,and these factors effect on people passing,make their psychological and cognitive,it must be changed.Shadow play performances more rare,now in the new era background,the shadow play only constant innovation,to go further,the author with the help of others in the case of successful innovation,put forward their ownideas,as a reference,is more advantageous to the local government or relevant departments to formulate more effective system of inheritance people face all kinds of problems,and can guide the implementation of the "intangible" heritage protection activities,can also be called on the public actively participate in the "intangible" innovation activities.
