The Creation Of The Latin Group Dance "Savadica"

Sports dance includes Latin dance and modern dance.Latin dance includes cha cha,rumba,cowboy,bullfight and samba.Modern dance includes waltz,Vienna,fox trot,trot and tango.Sports dance originated in Europe and Latin America and has a clear rhythm and pace.I want to try to integrate different styles into sports dance.Through the observation of foreign excellent works in the past,I find that Thai dance has a unique ornamental quality.This multi-ethnic country is integrated into multi-ethnic culture,and most of its citizens are good at singing and dancing.So I try to integrate Thai folk dance.The most distinctive elements are integrated into sports dance.For the choice of sports dance,group dance can better highlight the performance of dance than double dance,so it is better to choose Latin group dance as the carrier of the integration of two cultures.Latin group dance is one of the new sports events in recent years.It has been introduced into China since1980.Because of its abundant forms of expression and high ornamental quality,Latin group dance has spread rapidly in China.Sports dance originates from the West.In recent years,the style and format of dance are relatively single.Therefore,the significance of this creation is to try to integrate sports dance with other cultures abroad to create better works.This successful experience will provide certain theoretical basis and principles for the future integration of Chinese and Western cultures,and can better promote the development of multiculturalism.Finally,the successful completion of this compilation has improved the influence of sports dance major of Shandong Normal University and the driving force in Shandong Province.Creation process: The work Sawadika was created for the graduation report performance of the Department of Art and Sports,Shandong Normal University in 2016.The creation time of the work is four months.Before choreography,I finally determined the main framework of choreography by watching the performance videos of foreign excellent teams and consulting a large numberof documents and materials about choreography of sports dance group dance,and communicating with professional teachers of sports dance.After establishing the composition and theme of dance,the creation process is divided into three main parts: the early stage,the middle stage and the later stage.Pre-compilation components: the principles and theories of work arrangement,the selection of music and dance,the selection of actors,the matching of costumes and makeup,and the selection of stage lighting effects.Medium-term composition: the composition and scheduling of group dance,the orderly arrangement of the whole dance works by stages,the transformation of queues and formations,and the simplest and most simple way of expression needed in the process of choreography.Late compilation components: second creation in rehearsal stage,third creation in rehearsal stage,and echoes of various effects in early compilation stage.Creation Requirements: In the process of creation,we should not only grasp the principles of creation,but also apply them flexibly to every dance detail.At the same time,we should also be good at using reverse divergent thinking to increase the innovation of dance.In the aspect of dance composition,we should have the thinking ability to discover the unique artistic beauty;in the aspect of music selection,we should pay attention to choosing the music that is appealing and in line with the dance rhythm,which can not only highlight the theme,but also distinguish from the traditional music form.In the selection of actors,we should choose actors with excellent physical quality and professional skills to participate in the performance,pay attention to the match between men and women,and consider the psychological quality is also an important part of the selection of actors.Achievements: After intensive rehearsal and repeated revision,and in the process of compilation,the author tried to increase the difficulty coefficient of some actions.This work successfully appeared on the stageof the 2016 Graduation Report Performance of the Department of Art and Sports of Shandong Normal University,won the first place in all the programs,won unanimous praise,and was affirmed by all the leaders and audiences.It is gratifying that in the performance,all the actors completed the performance in the best condition,and paid an indispensable part of the power for the program.
