In recent years,China's cultural industry has developed rapidly.With the progress of Internet technology and the promotion of new urbanization,China's industrial structure is facing transformation and upgrading.In the process of promoting China's new urbanization in the 21st century,the construction of characteristic towns is also in line with the needs of urban transformation.On the one hand,people's demands for a better life and spiritual and cultural consumption are getting higher and higher,and the traditional development model can no longer meet people's needs.Therefore,the integration and innovation of culture and other elements are imperative.On the other hand,the construction of characteristic towns will drive the new development of China's cultural industry,which is of great significance for promoting regional economic development,building region-wide tourism and realizing rural revitalization.At the beginning of 2015,zhejiang provincial party committee and government took the lead to put forward the action strategy,aiming to build a number of characteristic industrial towns with distinctive industrial characteristics,strong cultural atmosphere,beautiful ecological environment and the function of tourism and community.Since 2016,the construction of characteristic towns has been promoted across the country.In response to the national call,China plans to build 1,000 small towns with their own characteristics by 2020.Under the vision of "culture +",this paper combines the development status and characteristics of characteristic towns,selects the construction of some characteristic towns in zhejiang province as an example,and interprets the current characteristic towns in China under the perspective of "culture +".Characteristic town is the external form of cultural industry agglomeration.The integration of industrial development elements and cultural gathering and integration will generate huge energy.At the same time,injecting culture into various elements can add new vitality to the development of characteristic towns.Starting from the three aspects of "culture+ capital","culture + tourism" and "culture + talent",this paper discusses the meaning,status and integration path of these,and makes an in-depth analysis of the operation mechanism of characteristic towns.Finally,the paper discusses the significance of the construction of characteristic towns for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,promoting regional innovative development under the new normal of economy,and realizing region-wide tourism and rural revitalization in China,and puts forward relevant Suggestions for the development of characteristic towns under the vision of "culture +".The specific steps are as follows:First of all,it summarizes and sorts out the development status quo of characteristic towns at home and abroad,looks for the shortcomings of the current development,and elaborates on the previous studies on characteristic towns.Combined with China's specific national conditions,the concept,characteristics and types of characteristic towns are analyzed to form the basis of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the origin and meaning of the concept of"culture+",proposes the possibility of the integration and innovative application of "culture+",and explains the importance of "culture+" for the development of characteristic towns.Thirdly,starting from the three perspectives of "culture + capital","culture +tourism" and "culture + talent",this paper adopts specific construction cases of some representative characteristic towns in zhejiang province,and discusses the development path of characteristic towns under the vision of "culture+" by analyzing the actual situation of the cases.Finally,combined with the current situation of China's social development,from the perspective of region-wide tourism and rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the prospect and Suggestions for the follow-up development of characteristic towns.
