With the rapid development of China's economy,the comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced,and China's international status has been continuously improved.Chinese has become an important international language other than English.There are more and more people learning Chinese in the world,and the demand for international Chinese teachers is also growing.However,the international Chinese teachers launched in China cannot meet the international needs.In the international promotion of Chinese,the quality and quantity of international Chinese teachers have become the main problem.The employment difficulties of the weekgraduates of the Chinese International Education Mastership,which was originally set up to solve this problem,have become new problems.There is a shortage of Chinese teachers in the world,and there is no shortage of employment for graduates of domestic Chinese international education masters.In order to find the root cause of this contradiction,this paper investigates the employment situation of graduates of Chinese international education majors in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province(mainly Shenyang Normal University,Liaoning Normal University and Bohai University).Through the statistics of the data obtained from the survey and the analysis of the situation,the factors that may affect the employment of the graduates of the Chinese International Education Masters are obtained.According to the results of the survey and analysis,I would like to make some suggestions on the training and employment of the Master of Chinese International Education.I hope to contribute to the employment of Chinese Master of International Education and the international promotion of Chinese.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the investigation and analysis of the employment situation of the graduates of three schools in Liaoning Province,including the survey method,questionnaire design,implementation process and description of the survey results.The second part is to analyze the survey results.The factors affecting the employment of master's degree in Chinese international education are analyzed from the social,school and individual levels.The third part is the proposal for the employment of master's degree in Chinese international education.It proposes the employment of the major from the perspectives of training,society,school and individual.It is suggested that it is hoped that the employment situation of graduates will be promoted and the shortage of resources for international Chinese teachers will be improved.
