Research On The Functional Responsibilities Of The Producer (gatekeeper) In Art Production

The development of literature and art is closely related to the development of society and country,and also to the soul nourishment of every individual.The quantity and demand of literary and artistic works have changed from the lack of past to today's richness.With the continuous prosperity of the country,the times call for more fine works of literature and art to achieve the prosperity and development of literature and art,and promote the construction of a strong cultural country.The prosperity of the literary and artistic market requires,on the one hand,encouraging and promoting the production of high-quality works,on the other hand,resisting the dissemination of works harmful to the physical and mental health of the people and public order and good customs.Therefore,artistic production needs not only artists' creativity,but also artistic leaders and managers' perseverance,construction and management on literary and artistic field.The "gatekeeper" was proposed by American psychologist Kurt Luin and developed by later scholars to form a theoretical system,which refers to the role of screening and filtering information behavior.In China,the producer has an important decision-making power in artistic production to "check" the ideological direction of artistic production and the quality of works.It is an important "gatekeeper" to implement the Party's and the state's policies for the development of literature and art and to promote the production of high-quality works.This article will take the artists of dance art as the research object.Through drawing lessons from the theory of "gatekeeper" and the speech at Symposium on Literature and Art gave by Xi Jingping,the artile will combine the current national conditions,the situation of dance development and the characteristics of the leading positions,and analyze and draw lessons from the cases of high-quality works at home and abroad,to discuss the basic functions and responsibilities of the presents of dance art in the production of artistic works,and also to offer a proposal to improve the production of creative works and management ideas and methods.
