Design And Implementation Of English Phonetic Transcription Aided Learning Platform Based On Speech Recognition Technology

English is the main international language in the world today,and it is widely used.English learning has always been valued by all countries.In China,although many college students have good English scores,their oral ability is relatively weak.In the current rapid development of Internet information technology,the use of multimedia to promote oral English pronunciation learning in the field of assisted oral English learning has become a hot topic,and learning the correct English phonetic symbols can effectively improve the level of students' spoken English.Many English learning in the market.Most of the software integrates various resources.The study of English phonetic symbols lacks relevant education and teaching theories to guide,lacks timely feedback and has a single teaching resource and teaching method.This paper firstly investigates the current situation of English phonetic pronunciation of college students,and proposes a Chinese phonetic aided learning model based on speech recognition technology.Secondly,with the model as a reference,the English phonetic aided learning platform is designed and implemented.Behavioralism,constructivism,multimedia cognition and other educational teaching theories are the theoretical basis of the platform,using speech signal processing technology to extract the characteristics of speech signals-Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient(MFCC),through the standard speech samples The library is matched to obtain the gap between test speech and standard speech.As a test result,combined with multimedia teaching resources such as text,pronunciation video and excellent course,the English phonetic auxiliary learning platform is constructed.The platform uses voice matching technology to evaluate English phonetic pronunciation,so that learners can get feedback information in time.At the same time,the English phonetic notes video recorded by the dedicated person provided by the platform helps the learner master the pronunciation essentials.Finally,the platform tested the function and performance in the laboratory environment,and analyzed the function and performance of the English phonetic aided learning platform through questionnaires.The English phonetic aided learning platform constructed in this paper is especially suitable for learners who have poor mastery of English phonetic symbols and want to correct the pronunciation of English phonetic symbols.At the same time,as a supplementary learning platform,the platform can also be used as a supplement to classroom teaching,providing assistance in counseling and correcting learners' English phonetic pronunciation to improve learners' English pronunciation accuracy.
