Research And Performance Analysis Of Li Datong's Flute "Eagle"

Bamboo flute music?The Eagle?has the typical characteristics of Tajik music,which has certain representativeness of Xinjiang flute music.This work based on the crystal of life experiences and art works by Mr.Li Datong in Xinjiang.Furthermore,it also inherits the understanding and devotion of local ethnic culture into his bamboo flute music.Mr.Li Datong not only integrates the elements of traditional music of the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang into his composition of flute music,but also makes outstanding contributions to the application of traditional techniques,such as the half-holing technique,the combination of horizontal and vertical finger technique,rapid tonguing technique.Which has made outstanding contribution to diversified styles of Chinese flute music.This thesis will analyze Mr.Li Datong's composition?The Eagle?,and explore its unique composition and playing styles.
