In painting practice, the disease of "plate, carving and knot" of Chinese meticulous flower-and-bird painting is often influenced by textbooks,i.e.ink lines are sketched, then light ink is used for rendering, and finally coloring is used to summarize the whole of meticulous flower-and-bird painting, resulting in stylized expression. This will inevitably make the picture effect tend to be inflexible and lack of the relationship between the actual situation and the actual situation, thus making the charm not vivid.Based on the study of previous discussions, the author found that these comments mostly talked about the problem from the perspective of techniques to techniques, without exploring the metaphysical root of the problem.Research on artistic psychology shows that ink expression is closely related to individual temperament, which can be roughly divided into "introverted" and "extroverted" two main types.Generally speaking, the temperament of "introverted" people tends to be rigorous and cautious, and the picture is prone to the problem of "board, carving and knot".On the other hand,"extroverted" people tend to be lively, free and easy, which is not easy to cause picture problems. As a matter of fact, people of both temperaments can produce very good works as well as very failed brushstrokes. The author combines his "introverted" temperament, analyzes the classic works of Gu Kaizhi,Wu Daozi and others, and puts forward the basic countermeasures of "weakening the outline and strengthening the rendering" in technique expression.Through research,it is found that although the emergence of "picture disease" is related to temperament, the key to avoid "picture disease" lies in the continuous improvement of knowledge conservation.
