Kristeva,a french semiotician, puted forward the theory of intertextuality,When structuralism turned back to post-structuralism.The theory of intertextuality consists of two parts: subject theory and text theory.Kristeva takes the essence of many heterogeneous ideas since the 20 th century and innovatively integrates them into intertextuality theory, such as Bakhtin's theory of dialogue,Chinese philosopher ZhangDongsun's thought of "Relevant Law",Freud's theory of drive and Lacan's theory of "three psychological boundaries",Western Marxism's theory of artistic production,Derrida's deconstructionism and so on.The intertextuality is a heterogeneous mixture.Heterogeneity is the characteristic of post-modern,the key to insight into Kristeva's philosophical thoughts and the logic of intertextuality theory. This paper puts intertextuality theory into the post-modern cultural background, takes heterogeneity as the breakthrough point, and further explores the composition of the intertextuality theory. In the introduction part,it briefly introduces the discussion of heterogeneity by post-modern philosophers and literary critics and manifestation of heterogeneity in post-modern art.The first chapter mainly introduces three thoughts which have great influence on kristeva's intertextuality theory:Bakhtin's theory of dialogue,Freud and Lacan's psychoanalysis. These theories and concepts prompted her to construct intertextuality theory from the perspective of heterogeneity. The second chapter mainly introduces the text theory of intertextuality theory. The heterogeneity of text as a language is proposed for structuralist linguistics. The heterogeneity of texts is mainly reflected in three aspects:the productivity of text which can runs through language, infinite alienation in the signifying practice and heterogeneous logic of intertextuality. The third chapter mainly introduces the subject of intertextuality theory, the heterogeneity of subject theory mainly reflected in three aspects:heterogeneous splitting subject, heterogeneous matrix and the heterogeneous practices of subject.Marx's view of practice,Hegel's view of negation and freud's theory of dive run through the subject theory. The theory of intertextuality is a critical and subversive revolution to the traditional view of text and subject.
