Analysis Of Male Images In Chinese Female Artists' Paintings

Art is the record of the times and the leader of the times.The issue of women’s liberation is an indispensable topic in the current era.Female artists record the process of women’s liberation through works,while at the same time maximizing the process of women’s liberation.The male image in the paintings of female artists has undergone tremendous changes at different stages of Chinese society.These changes reflect the views of Chinese female artists on their own gender and their views on men from another angle.By analyzing the changes in these images,we find out the history of Chinese women’s liberation and the obstacles on the road of development,and put forward suggestions to help promote women’s liberation in China.The way Chinese women look at men ranges from awe to worship,from worship to reason,and finally from reason to resentment.What we see is that the Chinese women’s liberation began with the liberation of the body,then the liberation of the family,and then the liberation of the dualistic thinking.
