Literary performing groups are members of the cultural industry,in the fierce homogenization market competition,it builds community competitive mechanism cultural performances and cultural strategy,brand strategy and talent strategy,which promoting the sustainable development of performing arts groups,and helping promote the transformation and upgrading of cultural performances industry.This dissertation uses literature methods,investigation methods and mathematical statistics methods to conduct research.After introducing the basic theory,concept definition and research status,it investigates the status quo of the competitiveness of the performing arts groups and finds that the market has a severe competitive environment.The demand is facing challenges,and the construction of theatrical performance groups is in urgent need of improvement.The talent team of theatrical performance groups needs to be strengthened.According to the current situation investigation,the existing problems are sorted out,which are mainly reflected in three aspects: the lack of management and management of theatrical performance groups,the lack of government departments' policy support for theatrical performance groups,and the backwardness of the talent team of theatrical performance groups.Focusing on the problems,we analyze the causes from two aspects: external factors and internal factors.The external factors mainly include three aspects: the government policy support method needs to be optimized,the competitors threat and the market demand is limited;the internal factors are reflected in the talent team construction.There are three aspects: not strong,innovative works and low quality,and unsound enterprise management mechanisms.Finally,according to the problems,combined with the analysis of the reasons,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: developing the value quality of the cultural strategy internalizing the artistic performance;strengthening the brand strategy to win the national policy and government support;advancing the talent strategy and improving the social recognition of the artistic performance.
