“Paving Flowers” is a kind of painting pattern for hanging decoration in the palace, which was first mentioned at “Records of Pictures and Hearings” with Ruoxu Guo in the Norther Song Dynasty.Due to the few materials in painting,To explain the reasons for the formation of aesthetic appreciation of the "paving flower" pattern,we can only rely on Chaozhou woodcarving,a folk art influenced by its aesthetic elements. Therefore, through the analysis if the line sketch,we can explain that Chaozhou woodcarving is the continuation of aesthetic appreciationwith the "paving flower".When we analyze the composition program of Chaozhou woodcarving,we found that the composition is very full. Why is this happening? We believe that this is a kind of psychologywhat is the psychological appeal caused by blank fear. The artists need to fill in the blank with additional elements of suitable layout. However,Brinell consider that the Latin word “Love Infinity”with psychology replaces the "blank fear" with physical sources.Because the “Love Infinity” and the symbolic meaning of psychology explains the reason for the aesthetic formation of the “Paving Flowers”.Finally, whether in wood or paper, the reasons for the aesthetic formation of the "paving flower" is the infinite superposition of good intentions.
