Research On Yunnan's Ethnic Cultural Security Under The Background Of "One Belt One Road"

China has always been an important target for some countries to carry out cultural infiltration.Western hostile forces have never given up their attempt to "westernize" and "disintegrate" China.As the implementation of the national strategy of "Belt and Road",Yunnan province,as an important portal of the construction of "Belt and Road" and the radiation center facing towards South Asia and Southeast Asia,is ushering in unprecedented opportunities for development,but meanwhile its challenge is also unprecedented under the severe: the invasion of exotic negative cultural ideological trend,international terrorism,religious extremism and political penetration of separatism,as well as multicultural impact to national cohesiveness and national identity,which make it more urgent for Yunnan national culture security maintenance.This article from the internal and external relations,the old and the new relationship and the relationship of difference and similarity between the two dimensions,summarized under the background of "Belt and Road",two basic conflicts of Yunnan national culture security pattern: collision and conflict of the main internal culture and external culture and conflict between cultural nationality and universality of global culture.And on the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the Yunnan national culture security,this dissertation explored the measures in many aspects,such as protecting the security of Yunnan national culture and promoting the competitiveness of the national culture,ranging from establishing a scientific cultural security early warning mechanism,enhancing Yunnan national culture soft power,adopting diversified government guide ways,strengthening the cultural identity to sticking to ethnic characteristics.
