The book Records of the Grand History is divided into five styles,in which Shijia describes the historical records of the descendent family and their important deeds.Zhao shijia is the thirteenth of the thirty families in Shijia,which tells the story of the Zhao family.It is also the first of the thirty families to focus on the Warring States Period,which served as a bridge between the past and the future.With the entry into Jin as the demarcation point,Zhao shijia can be roughly divided into three parts:the history of making a fortune before the entry into Jin,the development in Jin as the Qing Dafu,and the history of its vicissitude from victory to decline to extinction after becoming a vassal state of the Warring States Period.These three parts are closely connected and inseparable.Especially in the second part and the third part,the narrative is the most detailed,and the three parts are connected,close and natural,and inseparable.In general.Zhao family has some advantages like strong story,distinctive characteristics and unique narrative are worthy of further analysis and discussion.Through the careful reading of the text of Zhao shijia,combined with other relevant articles and supplementary explanations of relevant content,this paper explores the uniqueness of Zhao's development history and how Sima Qian presents Zhao shijia in a unique narrative way.Finally,it reveals the achievements of Zhao shijia in the historical and literary sense and its influence on other families and later literature.The full text includes five parts:The introduction gives a general account of the reasons for the topic selection and its significance.current research situation and literature review.The first chapter describes the long historical process of Zhao's development.Before entering the Jin.the status of Zhao family was humble.As the charioteers.they followed the side of the emperors and made many merits.Finally they established a family business through thick and thin:After entering the State of Jin,they served as the Qing Dafu in the complicated political environment of the state of Jin.When they were prominent,they became the vassal state in reality,although they were called Dafu.They were nearly exterminated when they fell down.but brought the dying back to life several times.After becoming a vassal.The State of Zhao kept reforming and striving for strength in the situation of internal turmoil and and external disturbance,and finally ushered in the glorious era of shandong as a powerful country.From then on,the State of Zhao went from bad to worse,until being ruined by the State of Qin.On the whole,the rise of Zhao's family is difficult,the development of twists and turns,ups and downs,different from other family history.The second chapter discusses the narrative art of Zhao Shijia.It is manifested in four aspects:The first,The dense and sparse narrative structure;The second,the variety of narrative styles;The third,the eclectic narrative language;The fourth,the vivid and legendary storyline.The dense and sparse narrative structure is reflected in two aspects:the narration is interlocking,details and omissions are proper;thread penetration,hint foreshadowing echo.The variety of narrative styles is reflected in four aspects:ups and downs,twists and turns;linger reciprocating,progress step by step;flexible sampling,reasonable fabrication;relevant reference,utilize intertextuality.The eclectic narrative language are analyzed in detail from the dialogue,epistolary style and evaluative language.The third chapter makes a detailed and in-depth interpretation of the classic stories in Zhao Shijia,starting from the narration of Sima Qian,choosing Xiagong calamity and Jinyang calamity as the examples,analyzing why they become classic stories.So as to reveal the deep connotation behind the stories and how does Sima Qian shape historical events into classic stories.The conclusion summarizes and induces the core points of this paper.
