This paper breaks away from the thought of media-centric in other researches,escapes from the status of being shaped and being said,and turns to focus on the influence of the technology with organizational power on social cultural practice from the perspective of local media integration.This paper chooses the county-level financial media center of four typical ethnic minority areas as the research object.Through depth interviews and text analysis,it combs the ways and means of the county-level financial media in different ethnic areas to talk about regional culture,and on this basis,it focuses on how to use local culture to build the meaning of community.This paper finds that there is a close and hidden relationship between regional culture and people living here.Local culture is based on historical customs and habits,which deeply affects the multi-ethnic groups within certain region.On the other hand,In the long-term common production and life,different ethnic groups have gradually formed the harmony among different cultures.As a new way of grass-roots propaganda in the Internet era,the county-level financial media center in ethnic areas mostly relies on the main line of local economic and social development to speak about local culture.Through concrete cultural symbols,it connects different subjects with traditional culture and popular culture,and then condenses the power of identity.This process is carried out in various media channels including network digital media.With the help of media technology,county-level financial media combines the physical place of the grass-roots level with the general digital place,and through the symbolic treatment of the space itself,obtains the grand narrative of a larger cultural circle.The media integration of county-level financial media center is complex.The symbolic "flowing regional space" makes the"people who leave their hometown" and "people who live in the countryside" connected;it also makes the unique tradition connected with the popular culture of the world,and then makes the nation and the Chinese nation as a whole compatible.On the other hand,this paper also realizes that media convergence is not a sudden technological phenomenon.On the contrary,through long-term communication,the process of integration has long been reflected in the cultural expression of local daily life practice.It uses the old cultural memory to write the new common experience.This kind of regional culture also affects the way people treat the media and guides the media integration of regional media.At the same time,under the background of media integration,the development of industry and technology has brought about changes in the way of using media.However,it also brings about the problems of expression pattern and national culture stereotype.Therefore,in the process of carrying out the work of county-level financial media center,people need to be aware of the role of media technology and be alert to the "digital assimilation" caused by the evaluation system of digital logic and technology operation.The transformation of cultural products should start from the immediate needs of users and transform the field of communication.
