Buddhism flourished in the Tang Dynasty,and bhikshuni as a special female religious group contributed to the development of Buddhism in the Tang Dynasty.Most of the more than 100 epitaphs of the Tang Dynasty in the Tang Dynasty,such as the family's birthplace,the origins,the reasons for the monks,the interpersonal relationships,the time of death and the longevity,etc.,are very rich in content.It can be said that the existing stone inscriptions provide very detailed and reliable information for the study of the bhikkhuni in the Tang Dynasty,and it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study of the bhikshuni group in the Tang Dynasty.Before the monks of the Tang Dynasty,the identity of the bhikshuni was diverse.The epitaph recorded a considerable part of the bhikuni from the court woman,the sorrowful and the old-aged palace,the royal clan and some of the high-ranking and bureaucrats.Women.They abandoned their status as a woman and left home.In the history books,there are also records of the marriage of civilian women and prostitutes.The Temple of Nepal is called the home of these women in the bottom of society.Before the monk's birth in the Tang Dynasty,his identity covered all classes of the Tang Dynasty society.It can be seen that Buddhism flourished in the Tang Dynasty.In the Tang Dynasty bhikshuni stone inscriptions,the records of the birthplace are more detailed,or attached to the introduction of the family,or to see the burial place of the ancestral burial.By comparing the analysis of the distribution of the birthplace of bhikshuni,we can see the characteristics of the imbalance of the birthplace of the bhikkhuni in the Tang Dynasty.The distribution is mostly in Chang'an and Luo yang.The formation of this distribution has a complex social background and is determined by multiple factors:politics,sectarianism,and religion.The reasons for the monks in the Tang Dynasty were complicated.They either became active or passive.They included historical,religious,economic factors,family and personal factors,such as avoiding disasters,living in poverty,admiring Buddhism,blessing,and so on.Wait.Their reasons for being a monk directly reflected the family's Buddhist beliefs and indirectly reflected the social and historical background of the Tang Dynasty.After the monks of the Tang Dynasty became monks,they did not really break the dust.Bhikkhuni attached to the royal family and kept up with the court officials and their wives and daughters.With the support of the royal family and the gentry,they increased their reputation with the temple and gained economic benefits.Bhikkhuni promoted Buddhism to the people and broadened the foundation of the believers.They have close ties with their families,and their blood and family relationships with their families are constantly changing.As an empty-door man,Bhikkhuni has a close relationship with themselves,and obeys the leadership of the monks,and the cooperation between monks and nuns serves as the important task of promoting Buddhism.The Tang Dynasty bhikshuni recorded in the stone inscriptions is generally relatively long-lived,and most of them can die at the end of their lives,but a few have died of infection.After the death of Bhikkhuni,there are various ways of burial,such as cremation,forest burial,stone cave,and earth burial.The burial sites are not the same.Some of them are buried in the Buddhist monasteries or Buddhist public cemeteries,and some are buried in the township.Each of the bhiksuni's epitaphs or tajin records the complete life course of the bhikshuni,which is a personal biography of Bhikkhuni,which can greatly complement the lack of "continuing the bhikshuni biography.”The article focuses on the stone carvings of the Bhikuni in the Tang Dynasty.It compares the identity,origin,origin,interpersonal relationship and funeral of the late Hani.It introduces the unique history and culture of the Tunishan in the Tang Dynasty.They are professional women in Buddhism.In the development of Buddhism in the Tang Dynasty,power cannot be ignored and admired.
