" Combination of hardness and softness" is an expression of the texture of dance movements,rigid but not rigid,soft but not weak.Gang and Rou can be traced back to ancient China,for example," Jian Dance,and " Ruan Dance".After continuous creation and development,they have spread to this day.The dance is permeated with rigid and soft movements everywhere.This paper analyzes the specific dance movements,and through the training of specific dance movements,the rigid and soft texture permeates the dance,thus making the dance movements more aesthetic.Starting with ballet and classical dance,this paper analyzes the beauty of rigidity and softness embodied in their movements and the beauty of movements combining rigidity and softness.In ballet,the rigid movements battement tendu,battement tendu jete and battement frappe were mainly analyzed.Flexible movements plie,battement fondu,etc.and rigid-flexible movements pasde bourre,pas failli,etc.In classical dance,it mainly analyzes the rigid movements,that is,the expression of the strength and " inch strength" of the movements,such as fast hot wheels,point step turn,string turn,etc.Flexible movements,that is,the embodiment of the feeling of movement extension and"stretching strength",such as the basic movement law elements in the body rhyme of classical dance,such as cloud shoulder turning waist,pan wrist,shaking hands,etc.The combination of rigid and flexible movements is a comprehensive expression of the sense of strength and extension of movements,such as swallows penetrating the forest,dragon claws,cloud hands,etc.Through the analysis of dance movements,this paper explores the training value produced by the combination of hardness and softness,and through the analysis of movements in specific dance works,explores the aesthetic value produced by the combination of hardness and softness,which has important theoretical and practical significance for further improving dance training and performance.From the structural point of view,this paper is divided into four chapters,mainly from the following aspects:Chapter 1:Introduction.In this chapter,the author studies the object,purpose and significance of the thesis.Second,research status and research review;Thirdly,the research methods and approaches of the thesis are elaborated one by one.The second chapter:the summary of dance movements and training content.This chapter starts with an overview of dance movements and systematically expounds the training contents of dance movements,including body shape,physical fitness training and technical skills.In physical fitness training,flexibility,strength,speed and sensitivity are analyzed.This chapter paves the way for the next chapter.Chapter ?:The embodiment of the combination of hardness and softness in dance.As the key part of this paper,this chapter is divided into three sections.In the first section,the author expounds the dance of " combining hardness with softness" and the dance action of " combining hardness with softness”.The second section focuses on the analysis of the expression of " hardness and softness" in ballet.In the third section,I analyzed the expression of " combining hardness with softness" in classical dance.In this chapter,the author mainly analyzes the movements and explores the concrete embodiment of" rigidity" and " softness" in different movements.The fourth chapter:the value of combining hardness with softness.This chapter mainly includes two parts:the value of rigid-flexible movements in dance training and the aesthetic value of rigid-flexible movements in dance works.In the first section,the author elaborated from two aspects:the rigid-flexible action training helps dancers express dance emotion and connotation,and can improve dancers' artistic aesthetic level.In the second section,returning to the works,taking the classical works of ballet and classical dance as examples,the author analyzes the beauty of the " hardness and softness" movement in the works.
